2lakh per sq ft is too high, the general public feeling rs 20,000 per sq ft. even high. We need to develop economical solution for eco friendly house.

What kind of foundation would be needed for a building like this? Asking this because : I have several trees in my 1800 sqft plot and planning on constructing an eco friendly, self sustainable 3-storied home like this, in some 500 -600 sqft and wondering if the foundation would disturb the growth of my trees.

Near Kanakpura road , But I don't think is it possible to go there without their permission, You can visit Mahija's office in JP Nagar for better understanding of this construction. ( check description)
I agree it's a beautiful house but logically speaking the owners wanted a eco-friendly house and thinking of saving nature while they make their kids play with plastic building blocks and feed baby in a plastic bottle.. how ironical.

@@ajinkya3780 architect and engineering cost would itself be close to 7 -8 lakhs from my understanding. Could not have built it 25 odd lakhs. 🤔

@@ecofilms_ They never mention the sump and the ground floor. Is that made of mud? She did mention vitrified tiles. What's below the tiles? Secondly, why are they typically bungalows? Say, a multistoried house, how do you make the 1st and 2nd floors using mud?
