Is This Fishery Making A Comeback? (HURRICANE IDA)

We went fishing for the evening to find out wether or not this fishery has made a comeback from Hurricane Ida.
Hurricane Ida struck on August 29th 2021. Making landfall near Port Fourchon, Louisiana at 11:55am. Ida was the second most damaging and intense hurricane to make landfall in the state of Louisiana on record, coming in as a very strong category 4. Blind River and the tributaries along it sustained major damage as well as a significant loss in fish population.
Fortunately for Louisiana anglers alike the fishery seems to be making a strong comeback!
