Hi, I never needed to remove the cute so I can't help, try the vacuum cleaner route first, also on the side of the machine you can adjust the coarseness of the grinder, exercise that from minimum to maximum a few times , set it to maximum and try again. If it clears then readjust back to minimum and stay on that setting for a few day (uses) and see if that clears the problem. I found when new it was either a little damp or tightness that caused the problem. Once I'd done this I never had a problem since. One tip I would give is always clean the machine weekly otherwise you get a build-up of coffee grinds that will ultimately cause feed problems. Hope that helps.

That's great thanks. I've had the machine for a couple of years now and has been flawless. Do clean it often but have never tried moving the coarsness setting. 🤔 Definitely that's worth a try. Thanks for getting back to me. Unfortunately where I am in SE Asia finding someone who can service a Barista TS is a challenge.

When you have this problem, it means you have coffee beans stuck in the grinder / chute. Empty them out, use a vacuum cleaner if necessary. After this the problem should clear. Hope that helps.
