Pauses are good! They give us time to reflect and let our brains solidify the information. I appreciate them. The longer the pause, the better, as far as I’m concerned.

The second half of this year will undoubtedly be worse than the first. Due to poor investment decisions that I would not have made if I hadn't been so concerned about my portfolio, I lost a significant amount of money last year. I continued to invest, but I was undecided about whether to begin making house payments. I eventually sold my jobs, and the house required more work than I had anticipated. I'm not sure how much longer I can continue in this manner.
Yes, in fact. I was able to use high-yielding bonds, exchange-traded funds (ETFs), and shares to diversify my portfolio across several markets and achieve a net profit of more than one million dollars with the help of a financial planner. It's crucial to be exposed to a variety of businesses, especially ones that are already generating cash flows.
what type of account is best to setup to save and invest money for a grandkid, they are a baby now and who knows if they will be able to go to college when they are older. I only know of the one account you can set up but then the kid has to go to college to use it. So I'm looking the the best way or type of account to set up for them. I would love to do a roth ira but I'm no longer working so I can't open one.
Good video. I know you made the brokerage account fully taxable to make the math easier for the example. If that was really the case there would be a lot more room, another $50k per year of long term gains you could take at zero tax rate so that you could reinvest and have a higher basis. You would need to be careful of the wash rule if you invested in the same stocks but otherwise it would make the brokerage as well as your Roth tax free.
Love this one. I’ve always wondered how best to help future generations pay some bills.

We've all made mistakes at some point. You should consider financial planning

I’ve been looking to switch to an advisor for a while now. Any help pointing me to who your advisor is?
Thanks Ari for another very informative video!
My pleasure!

Was the edit right after saying you don’t edit on purpose ;) seems like your sense of humor
Ha that is my sense of humor, but I started coughing like crazy so I had the editor take all the horrible sounds!

You’re correct. I make the examples simple to resonate and have more complicated examples!
“Very full flight…”. LOL, I’ve been saying there’s no such thing for years!
