Ketsui (Very Hard Difficulty set) Co op Play

what's gonna change in co op
1. player power decreased by 0.75x
2. 2 power up items appeared in item carrier.
3. player bullet limit increase so can't fire more bullets than solo play
4. player can't enter 2nd loop.
also during game play, entering second player also accept as continue used.
just like they did as toaplan times, they followed 2 player mode penalty...
