Off-campus Housing…on my University i had the same problem so i closed out the term and then you can move into “off-campus housing” and she can still have roomates and live on a residential apartment building or something

This university pack needs a lot of improvements. I was having the same problems as you. That's why I never live in dorms. The other lots can be a little glitchy, but not as bad as the dorms.
I was having the same issue with the Sims freezing but time still moving. And it stopped when I took out ALL CC beds and Sacrificial mods😭
Hopefully, when Jaci moves into her own apartment, it won’t be buggy for you.
You should make the room that’s beside the green bedroom downstairs into another bathroom, I don’t think one is enough for all the sims in the dorm
