Logistical question! When you cook brussels sprouts on the stalk, when is the practical time to remove? I love the idea of the stalk being ornamental among the spread, but surely you don't have guests chopping away at the trunk when it comes time to serve, right? Many thanks for the lovely content XOXO

Sincere Question since I’m about to make this gravy - It dawned on me that your Festive Roasted Chicken has been basted every hour with that scrumptious glaze but I’m feeling like that glaze flavor is not desirable in the gravy?? Do I just skip the pan drippings for the gravy in this case or do I really use them? Please respond because I want to make this gravy soon and freeze it so it’s done for T-Day.
