👏 👏 👏 for your execution of a hook turn. Interested to see your handling of “roundabouts”. Having just found you both I will be catching up with your other travels. I love koalas, but my favourite native animal is the wombat. Numbers of infected koalas depends on where the colony is in Australia, so it can vary. During the Covid lockdowns here the Penguin Parade was televised the live on TH-cam.

Hi...you drove well using the hook turn...something peculiar to Melbourne with its trams, as they have right of way. ❤😊

I can't remember where I was but I was talking to an American woman, who had been to Australia. She asked where I lived.I told her, the Mornington Peninsula, just south of Melbourne.
She wanted to know exactly where the Mornington Peninsula is.I replied, if you went to the penguin parade you would have seen the peninsula across Western Port Bay from Phillip Island. She said she was in Melbourne for a week and went to the parade every single night. She told me the experience was a highlight of her life.

So glad you saw koalas in the wild and our gorgeous penguins 😊 So cute ... from a distance, cos they're wild animals and will go for you if you antagonise them!

Omg tyler had the same issues with the turn lanes😂although - we def loved our general viewing spot for this! the penguins were all only about 10 ft away from us! Just have to go early and get a spot on the sides😉

There’s also a small penguin colony at the end of the St Kilda Pier 🐧

Don't worry. You understand those right hand turns in the city better than me, and I was born here.
