Yet, Christ Jesus became sin that he could stand in your place and mine and receive the full measure of God's wrath towards your sin and mine. It is by the grace of God we are saved from the penalty for sin. If we got what we deserved it would be you and I who are beaten, scourged, and nailed to a cross, and that would only be the beginning for we would then spend all eternity watching 'The View.' (I couldn't resist that metaphor for the Lake of Fire.)
@@chrisfarrell9894 "Perhaps the best way to understand He became sin for us is to begin with what it does not mean. First, it does not mean that Jesus actually became sin itself. To posit such a theory denies all of Scripture, which clearly presents Jesus Christ as the One in whom there is no sin (1 John 3:5), who commits no sin (1 Peter 2:22), and who is holy, blameless, and pure (Mark 1:24; Acts 3:14; Revelation 3:7). For Jesus to “become” sin, even for a moment, would mean He ceased to be God. But Scripture presents Jesus as “the same yesterday, today and forever” (Hebrews 13:8). He was and is and always will be the Second Person of the Godhead (John 1:1). Second, the idea that Jesus became sin for us does not mean that He became a sinner, not even for a moment. Some have said that Christ may be considered as the greatest of sinners, because all the sins of mankind (or at least of the elect) became His own sins. When Christ suffered in our place and died for us, He bore the punishment for our sins in His own body (1 Peter 2:24). But Jesus at no time became a sinner personally. Third, it does not mean He was guilty of actual sin. No one is truly guilty who has not transgressed the law of God, which Jesus never did. If He were guilty, then He deserved to die, and His death could have no more merit than that of any other guilty person. Even the Pharisees who sent Jesus to Calvary knew He was guiltless: “And though they found in him no guilt worthy of death, they asked Pilate to have him executed” (Acts 13:28)." I heard a minister say once “a foreign spirit can comfort you, appear to lead you, make you say and do good things but it will never lead you to repentance”.
I was a new Christian in the summer of 2021, and at the advice of my dad I signed up for the tech program at Bethel. Basically it's a coding boot camp, combined with what they call their kingdom foundations classes. When I signed up for it, I did not know enough about the Bible or Christianity to know what I was getting myself into. About half way into the program, I was getting more and more into the Bible and I had discovered John Macarthur, John Piper, Voddie Baucham, Paul Washer and a few others. It absolutely tore me apart when I realized the madness I was taking part of at Bethel. There was no theology, everything was just experience/emotion based, sprinkled in with the occasional Bible verse taken wildly out of context. They spoke false words of knowledge over me and encouraged me to attempt to prophesy in a completely unbiblical way, even by the standards of most charismatics. My consience would not allow me to finish my Kingdom Foundations class, thereby failing the entire program. Bethel is a wild place and they simply do not know the word of God. I cannot overstate how terrible that place is, especially for new believers who lack discernment.
@@ajbaker1655 it’s often a bad sign when there’s a church split and the ones that leave start a new church. Bethel had a major split from the Assemblies of God, which is who they were a part of. Got out of a Bethel affiliated church when I noticed the downplaying of sin and the exaltation of man. When I asked my pastor if he was teaching Universalism, he hemmed hawed around it. Soon, Bethel will fully embrace & teach Universalism. It’s already happening in their affiliated churches.
Stepped foot inside Bethel just one time. That was twice too many. They also claim Jesus is always in a good mood. Whackos. Gospel and sound doctrine is not found there.
I am so glad you mentioned Beth Moore. She has got a lot of women going around saying that God is speaking to me (first person) and the pastors need to say something about it.
The pastors with these type women WON'T do ANYTHING, I sat in a NON Charismatic supposedly Baptist church one Sunday morning and a woman screamed out like someone had stabbed her DURING the ALTER call, I thought someone would call 911, this happened the next Sunday and it totally broke the spirit of the alter call, I approached the Pastor and he said " I talked with her husband & he said this is HOW his wife "Praises the Lord" my response was then his wife does the SAME in public buildings while shopping, getting her hair done at the salon?
"My sheep hear my voice and the voice of another they do not hear"--Jesus. Now we know whose voice you hear because you don't believe Beth can hear Jesus'
I gave my life to Christ 45 years ago and unfortunately I got caught up in that mess for the first 15 years or so. I was chastised if I so much as hinted that I didn’t believe it. Praise God I got out! I finally have a pastor that preaches straight from the Bible. No tongues, no slain in the spirit, no fake healing. No hype! Thank you Justin I watch your vids all the time. You have opened my eyes even more. May God bless you abundantly
Ahhh...Paul said to not forbid speaking in tongues so to not have tongues is not biblical. Now you have fake videos by JP with selected clips that misrepresent and slander. You not only fake healings but no healing, no power, no deliverance. Hope you don't ever run into the enemy and need healing or deliverance. Truth is in the dead dry religion of Calvinism you won't run into the devil because you're both going in the same direction.
@@5StarBibleTeaching-mh2gm I am sorry but you need salvation and deliverance yourself. You are deceived. And start studying the whole Bible instead of only parts. I am not a cessationalist like this pastor but I agree with him on all this. This stuff has nothing to do with the gospel of the Bible, with the true Jesus Christ and the Holy Ghost. These people at Bethel preach another Jesus and work with evil spirits. And yes, I believe in miracles of healing and casting out of demons and everything as work of the Holy Spirit still today. To acompany the preaching of the real gospel of repentence by obedient servants of Christ. But if you knew the Bible you would know that many false preachers and prophets are out there with false signs and wonders and preaching doctrines of demons trying to deceive as many as they can. We are warned on numerous locations in scripture and that's not because they are harmless.

You chose to be against prophecy as well if you are with this cessational pastor. I had a pastor who's wife died of cancer. Turns out he was a cessationalist. Oh well our story is God is humbling and good and better than is we get our miracles all day every day in visions voices signs and wonders. You are blaspheming God not me.
@Packhorse-bh8qn you can criticize me all you want but the fact is the Bible has everything in it going for the idea that there are signs wonders and gifts of the Spirit and the entire way through You're judging people you're not basing any of this on the Bible the Bible never had the gift stopping the gifts go through the entire Bible John is having a vision in the end of it you know the gifts are in the entire Bible even in the Jewish scriptures many of the gifts are there even though they didn't have the Holy Spirit in the same way The entire Bible is for signs wonders miracles and gifts and none of them ever stopped at any point you can't say that they did because they clearly didn't. No one says that they stopped. Instead you are judging people you're judging people because some people don't hear God correctly and that's true you're judging people because some people have false gifts and that's a fact but that doesn't matter because we don't follow people we follow our God. Our God has those gifts and if you refuse those gifts then you are refusing the Holy Spirit with them. I can't do that when God gives me a word of prophecy when I have a vision when I hear God I can't tell God know if I did I would be blaspheming God and that's what you're suggesting.

I was in a strongly Bethel influenced house church where the worship leader/teacher said that reading the Bible is hearing from God "second hand"! You need to seek your own personal encounter and words from God. They also sought to encounter angels and claimed that they saw them around their house often. A big deception folks.
I, too, was caught up with this wickedness when my former Church started following the Bethel teaching, music, etc. I even started training as a Sozo minister, something I truly feel awful about. Thank God, He used this Sozo leaders course to open my eyes to the heresy of this teaching, and I soon realised something was really badly "off". I left the church (and a lot of friends who were totally invested in this stuff), and am still trying to undo some of the false beliefs many years later. I even faked speaking in tongues because I felt like a second class Christian for not having this gift. We were "taught" how to prophesy in house groups, and encouraged to give prophecies to people within and outside the church. I don't know how many false prophecies I have given to people, but am deeply ashamed. I have repented for it all, and now try to ensure that all my theology comes from God and His Word. Bethel is dangerous, and has infiltrated so many churches here in the UK. Now if I see Sozo, "School of Supernatural Ministry", any of the other NAR buzzwords, or false prophets or "apostles" (🤢) on a church website, i privately thank Bethel for telling me exactly which churches I now easily know to avoid!! 😅

I usually click off at the end of the talk or message, and very, very seldom listen all the way to the end of most videos. Today, I'm glad I stayed with this until the end because I found out that there is a conference coming up in October, in Oklahoma, which is right next door to me (Arkansas). I have always wanted to attend some conferences in the past, but I couldn't because I was first helping my husband care for his ailing mother, then I jumped in to care for his elder sister, during which time my husband's health started to decline. Well, his sister passed away about a year and a half go, and I just lost my husband this past June 16 (yes, Father's Day). I'm 75 years old so I don't feel comfortable driving a great distance to attend a conference. And, I'm completely alone now so I wouldn't have anyone to travel with. So when I saw Oklahoma, my heart leaped for joy! And, because it's in October, it will be a great 76th birthday present to myself!!! I have something to look forward to now, that will help me through the grieving process. :)
Exactly right, which is why it's so frustrating listening to all these word of faith and NAR people talking about revival, and seasons, and breakthroughs, and wealth transfer, and other optimistic-but-worldy heresies. Things are only going to get worse from here, not better, as legions of so-called Christians abandon scripture to have their ears tickled. They have created their own designer Jesus, whom they can easy follow without taking up their personal crosses.

I was saved at 22 years old in a big city and God put me in a nondenominational church. I think they went under a four square management at some point. I was there for 10 years. They were strong on the gospel, but not going through the Bible. Leadership was a mess and I ended up going to a church that was influenced by Bethel for about five years. This is when I started doing automatic handwriting and thinking I was hearing from the Lord. At one point, I had a thought that, what if this is not the Lord that I am talking to? So I immediately told the Lord I would never do that again and I would just read his word. I’m so thankful he got me to wake up in this manner! During that time, I heard a John MacArthur sermon where he was coming against Beth Moore as a woman pastor. I realized that I was not respecting my husband and letting him lead. I was leading my oldest son astray by not being a good example to him. Anyway, after some hardship and repentance, and even some scary demonic manifestations after I started to only read the word, my spiritual life has gotten so mature. The fruit of the spirit, peace and joy are growing astronomically and I understand what false teaching is. My life has changed in so many ways. I am a more emotionally stable Christian. I study the word to see how I can apply it in my life and how it can encourage me daily. I don’t need anything other than the word. Of course the Holy Spirit still works in my life and encourages me and I do believe the Lord shows us things through his spirit. I wouldn’t consider myself a sessassionist although I don’t believe there are apostles and profits today. I believe God can heal and do miracles, but it is through prayer and according to his will. I am so thankful. When I was 22 I was uncharged and God put me in a church. There was a couple that swooped me up and spent a lot of time with me. There was definite things that were wrong, but there was a lot right. I did not have family to go to, and they acted like my family. There was good to be had even though there was error as well. I do think God draws his people out of these churches, but I just want to say that there are many Born Again people in those churches. They just don’t know the truth. These discernment ministries are helpful to draw them out. Remember to keep a loving, prayerful attitude toward people, trapped in these churches!!
I was raised a Methodist until I was 12, and then my mom started watching Copeland and Baker on TV while my parents were going through a divorce after my dad left the church because they scolded him for not tithing. I asked him years later when I was an adult why he quit going to church, and he claims he was giving cash every week as the business he was building started to grow. He told me he was doing it off the premise that we aren’t supposed to let people know what we are doing: giving in secret so that our Heavenly Father can reward us openly. He walked away from anything that had to do with religion for a long time and now in his 80s is starting to want to talk about belief again. As my mom watched these TV programs, I could never feel right about it, and it made me think there was something wrong with me. It caused a lot of anger when I would walk into our living room, and I was told I was rebellious. After my parents divorce, my mom started taking me (and my siblings) to a charasmatic church in the 80s. By the time I was in my early 20s, I was so confused. Nothing seemed to line up with scripture. Bill Johnson and Chris Vallatin had actually even come and visited the church we were attending in the late 90s. My husband kind of bought into it for a while, but then started to see through it as I shared my anger, childhood experiences and concerns of it conflicting with Scripture. I was thankful that I usually made the excuse for not going to these big speaker’s conferences by staying home with our children, and I’m very introverted, so I would blame myself not wanting to be around a lot of people for not wanting to go. Finally, one night at a regular prayer meeting, my mom had rode with me to it, she was “drunk in the spirit,” with a few other women, and I was quietly sitting in a chair reading my Bible when I heard that inner voice tell me “it was time to leave “ I stooped down by my mom and told her I had to go and asked her if she could get a ride with her friends. I went home and told my husband. I’ve had quite a few other circumstances before and after that, but I kept trying to go back because I was trying to honor my mom and husband. Finally, I just couldn’t do it anymore, and I just basically blamed it on me not being able to be a part of it because I didn’t think it was right, and at the time I just figured I wasn’t as spiritual as everyone else. I went down a very quiet and lonely road for a while. It wasn’t until after the Lakeland Fl revival deal (long story there too) that I started to wonder if I was actually listening the entire time and I was being protected from a lot of it. Thankfully, my husband started to feel it too, so we left, but since then, we’ve had a difficult time finding any religious organization or church denomination that we feel is scripturally in line with. These people either are intent trying to destroy people like me, or they unknowingly are causing others like to to question if they are even a part of the body.
Wow, I can relate in so many of your same experiences. As a believer for about 34yrs. My husband and I have been apart of a Messianic Congregation for a few years now. We try and follow what the Bible. Blessings to you and your husband. My mom still goes to a charismatic church and has no peace but still won't listen to the truth. God forgive us All 🙏🙏 Shalom 😇💙
I share great portions of your story. I avoid TV preachers for years now. I notice the trend when people "magnify the Spirit", in other words emphasize the (invisable wind) aspect, which no one can doubt or criticize, right? And it "covers" ...(in their mind)...whatever they do or say! It can thereby turn every person into a POPE, a Judge of Councils, Teachings, Church Traditions, History...even giving them power (sopposedly) to Magnify Scriptures which sort of support them, and downplay those which point out their error! This spiritual pandoras box was building in 4-500 years after The Ressurection, and followers of early Reformers magnified these errors. Many love to say "Scripture Only", ignoring 2Thes2:15!! It is Of Course true the written Epistles are The Very Word! But this Very Verse Affirms the teachings by Word of Mouth given to and through The Apostles are Of and From Our Saiviour Jesus. Affirming the Value of Apostolic Tradition which is either denigrated or Ignored by Protestants. And here I admit my own direction, toward Eastern Orthodox, loving the "track record" shown for centuries😊
@@SamGainesinGboro I think for now, I’ve quit trying to plug into organized religion. The word Church isn’t even a Scriptural word. We have believers we have met who like to gather and fellowship, and we find growth in searching the Scriptures. We have tried going back to more traditional, and many of those denominations allow gay and women pastors, We tried the messianic congregations, but they start to feel like a cult because they, like most other newer denominations, start acting like they have the secret knowledge that makes them exclusively special, and they often worship the modern political state of Israel and their star of Remphan that is posing as the Star of David. I’m a bit leary of it all, because Scripture talks about being in complicit sin if one doesn’t speak up and separate themselves from belial (worthlessness). I have come to the conclusion that the Way is truly narrow.
@@Zb-uo2bl Do not be deceived! You have a contridition in your understanding of Thess . Are you to believe the Apostles taught anything different than what is in scripture? He said by word and epistle because it is clear that just like today, they had gatherings where people spoke in front of people. Also 2 thes 3 further shows what he means. The traditions that Paul outlined were address in scripture. It governs how they were to behave in an assembly and to one another. Everything that we need as believers for our growth are provided by scripture 2 Tim 3 . Every place the Apostles letters point to scripture, even Jesus uses scripture because it pointed to him. Psalm 119 97-130 Now Paul stated in Esphesians 4 :11-16 that God gave leaders , not just Apostles for the perfection of the saints. Church tradition is outline in Scripture not by the church fathers because they never agreed. Every authority of the Apostles were given to Them by Jesus which of course we know because we now have the 4 Gospels. So don’t be deceived, hold any tradition in light of scripture because it was given in them.
I, too, have heard people say you sometimes need to forgive God. Now, when you consider that unforgiveness is an attitude of the heart, then letting it go (towards anyone) can be healing. However, now I'm out of the charismatic movement, I would say that, if someone harbours unforgiveness towards God, they do not need to forgive: they need to repent. Forgivenss is an act of mercy. When does man ever show mercy to God? It is pride to believe that forgiving God would bring healing. That makes the human heart the benchmark. Whereas it is God's utter righteousness and holiness that is the benchmark. Everything else's must be measured against it. And we will always fall short. Thank you, Justin, for helping me see this as I watched your video.
I agree. Once I realized that I was also mad at God, I had a long prayer with God about how I feel and then had to repent. I had to acknowledge that I allowed myself to idolize pastors and that’s idolatry. Also I went to a charismatic Bible college but I read and studied my scriptures. Many times the holy spirit pointed out the red flags but for years I continued to believe that pastor until something bad happened, my husband and I talked to the pastor in private and with respect, to let him know we don’t agree and showed him scripture. The next Sunday, without telling us first, he removed us from being the worship leaders (in front of the whole church) because we had a rebellious demon, both of us. Anyway, I also had to repent for following this man even though I know the scriptures. I had to do a lot of repenting including asking peoples forgiveness whom our church hurt badly. And last but not least, I had to forgive that pastor but that took a while. It’s a process I had to pray about every time the bad thoughts would come up again. I like your comment
Yes, we may be angry or harbor resentment against God due to our own sinful attitude/ideas, so then in that condition, we may feel like we are in a position to "forgive God" when in reality we need to repent of our sin and ask for His forgiveness and help to be rid of our anger/resentment

What is needed is forgiving oneself for not seeing the truth and misjudging ones interpretation of what took place. Assigning to God what was of Satan. But in his case it was probably God s words that he didn't get and obviously wanted to continue in the deception that he was in the right. So he now remains deceived alluding to his so called vision.

This is why I have a special place in my heart for those who are in Mormonism, as I was once heavily indoctrinated into that religion, having never read or studied the Bible on it's own. This was from the early 1980's ~ 2000's. The focus was always on their Book of Mormon, Doctrines and Covenants, Pearl of Great Price, and select passages from the Bible with their own spin on interpretations that would fit their theology. Paul warned us of this very thing, and he was even worried for those that were believers in Jesus that they would be fooled and accept another gospel that was not given to them, and believe in it. What makes Mormonism so deadly to the soul, they believe the Bible was corrupted and precious truths lost, hence why they needed a "restoration" of God's word through a known criminal named Joseph Smith Jr, who took 30-40 wives, some as young as 14-16, and abusing his authority as he received his power from Satan himself who can transform into an angel of light. How interesting that, just like Islam in which Muhammed said an Angel gave him a new gospel, so did Joseph Smith Jr encounter an Angel that showed him where to find another gospel and then later, Joseph Smith Jr creating his own prophesies (none that came true but creative thinkers in Mormonism try to say they did). In short, I pray for all those in Mormonism today, for they believe in a different God, a different Jesus, and preach another gospel, which is sending many to hell.

I also went to Bethel Church and it was a sad disaster. I went to two Sunday services and the healing room because of an accident with injuries. They did the back issues prayer in groups,(there were hundreds of people), and pulled the one leg is shorter prayer on me. They kept asking if I feel better and seen my leg grow and I told them no. After the fourth prayer I felt the guy tug at my foot to even then out and I just let it go. I said yes I feel better so I could get out of there. After that I went into the sanctuary and couldn’t believe what I was seeing. Their worship music was on and people were being prayed for and jerking and jumping and crying and so were about 100 loose individuals on their own. It was kinda of a chaos. They prayed for my back, several times (see above uneven legs story), same outcome. Then the last stop of Healing Room experience was a sorta debriefing group of our group. They explained their philosophy, asked for testimonies and then passed the plate. I refused it. I went basically because my AG pastor recommended them but I had my doubts already and my visit confirmed it. Oh and at Sunday service they announced that Benny Hinn was coming. I was done. Many people from the Assemblies of God in California make trips up there. Sad
Time to leave the AG, and find a solid Bible believing church! I was AG, then went to Pentecostal, then UPC, then finally to the cross, at the feet of Jesus wherein I found rest and truth!
@janetgernand9123 they used to be but left back in 2005. James River Church the church with the now famous men's conference is probably the biggest church in AG. They are also egalitarian. They do still have good churches but I definitely wouldn't see AG affiliation as a positive thing.
@@mercinc2926 ..I have many friends that belong to Assemblies of God churches. So is their doctrine wrong? I don’t know much about AG… other than they allow women pastors which I strongly disagree with.
I was standing in a prayer line once, where they have people stand behind the person being prayed for and catch them when they fall backwards. I saw them catching people as they came my way and guess what? 🤨 When they got to me, they didn’t catch me and I fell to the ground!!! I went there for healing! I came out hurting MORE!!! Don’t trust these people that do this!!! 😫 😱 😫
I love the gifts of the spirit. I came from a charismatic church. But I saw it go from good to bad when the genuine was finished, job done, they kept trying to keep it going. The gifts are not a badge of honour they are a work of service. Best used with great humility, The real checks: is this God or do I just need some attention? Is this God or do I want to feel superior to those around me? Is this God or selfish ambition? It never hurts to ask God "What spirit is this of." The answers is usually instant. A gift often starts somewhere in my spirit and has no words and I have to enquire of the Lord and wait till it makes sense. Even then I like to check it out, unless it is immediately practical. A friends 2month old premature baby wouldn't settle. I was praying God said " support her back" I did, it helped. I told my friend she said "God tells me that all the time." I can't be cessationist. I need God's help in every relationship. I am not a natural people person. It's impossible for me without God's interactive on going help. I have no idea how anyone can manage without it.
Justin i hope one day you come to South Carolina! I really want my 5 year to meet you! He cant walk, cant speak well due to being born with a cleft lip and palate, scoliosis, and were thinking hes autistic too. But he sure does love to sing about Jesus and loves going to church! Your an inspiration to us! Where there is abundant weakness, God is found to be abundantly strong!
It is a beautiful thing to witness the outpouring of the Holy Spirit....indeed, to see a child of God with passion, heart break and conviction... condemn, call out and bring the brightest possible light to practices and performances that militate against God in the name of Christianity. To see a child of God bring glory to God by naturally pouring out his heart with such passion and precision is truly remarkable and all glory goes to God. Thank you Justin for being malleable in His hands.
Yes, we need to get right with God through confession of our sins receiving forgiveness through the death burial and resurrection of Jesus Christ.😢😢😢😢😢
I am amazed, that the God who created everything and everyone, holding everything in place, would be shrunk in Bethel "church" to such a speck of dust that He'd apologize to a puny little whiner because he was offended by a Pastor? And of course Jesus Christ comes to these women as a pitying lover? It's downright perverse! Don't these people fear ALMIGHTY GOD? He came as a Savior the 1st time, but coming back as a judge the next time!

Was glad that you're not condemning all Charismatic churches. I got saved in 72 and moved to a state and attended a church where the Spirit was really moving for about 10 yrs. Then they got involved with some bad teachings and never recovered from it. Today the founding pastor who had left because of family issues and later returned wasn't the same on fire for the Lord. He came back yet the Spirit of Jezabell had come in with the new congregation. The pastor died 3 years ago yet he realized that he had actually lost the right to correct the leadership in power. I think he just gave up at 83 and wanted to go be with the Lord. He knew the Lord personally had called him into ministry. His grandmother constantly prayed for his salvation during the time he was growing up and in the Navy. He went to a Baptist seminary before founding the church. I tried going back to the church in 2012 yet never felt comfortable with what was going on. Haven't been to any church since except for this pastor's funeral and one other. I don't have transportation anymore and and am disabled. Churches here in the Denver Metro area of Colorado make excuses for why they don't have anyone who can offer someone a ride even if you offer to pay for gas. It's difficult not being apart of a group of believers. I watch services online from other states on Sundays now. Just not the same 😢 We were created for fellowship with GOD and with other believers.
I can’t comment on Bethel but I will say that many years ago at a Charismatic revival service under a man named Nipper from S Africa. I did recieve what I needed that day and I never heard a sound. But I met someone that day.
UNbelievable !?!?!?! I literally am at a loss for words at how blasphemous that bunk is !!! Hillsong and Bethel are buildings FULL of godless goats - sad !!!!!

Quite frankly, all these Bethel preachers, students, and adherents should take 1 John 4:1 to heart and practice mature spiritual discernment before uttering their experiences. “ Beloved, do not believe every spirit, but test the spirits to see whether they are from God, for many false prophets have gone out into the world.”
“What then? notwithstanding, every way, whether in pretence, or in truth, Christ is preached; and I therein do rejoice, yea, and will rejoice.” My alarm, Justin, alerts me daily at 9:00 am to pray for you. Much love in Jesus, Sir and brother.
Oh, wow. The Cessationist Conference. I so wish I could go. I know I sound like a broken record, but I thank God for preachers like yourself and these of the G3.
Everything you’re saying is on point. Bethel’s music (along with a few others) led me into Word of Faith, then deeper darkness and kept me there. I’m so thankful the Lord pulled me out. Thank you for the work you do! My husband and I will be at the conference. We can’t wait! ❤
Jesus apologizes to a sinful man and asks him to forgive Him? Utter stupidity and blasphemy. That there is a single soul that believes that man is grievous. As an aside, no Barack Obama - I will not donate to the Biden campaign.
Well whatever you do, DON'T VOTE FOR TRUMP! He's literally on board with these charismatics and they worship him as the Chosen One, the Son of Man (other than Jesus), God's Anointed, and the future prince of this Earth. And of course it all goes to his head! If he becomes President again, say goodbye to our Constitutional Republic. And since he is a walking, talking personification of the Seven Deadly Sins, he could very well be The Man of Sin, or _a_ man of sin. Depends on if we're forcibly chipped during his dictatorship. So if you can't vote for Biden, vote for RFK Jr., or some other third party candidate. Never Trump!
@@Plethorality Rather OT to the original post, but here goes: Not a huge fan of the Donald, but 1) He was found "liable for sexual abuse and defamation" in a civil case with very meager evidence. So no - not "proven a rapist". 2) Name the felony, clearly and concisely. No one can do it. You'll hear vague references to "campaign finance law violations". Those were misdemeanor charges at best, and they'll likely be reversed. Even liberal lawyers like Alan Dershowitz can see them for the fraud they were. I don't like either candidate. I really don't. I know people who just love Trump, and think he's just great. That's not me. However, Trump's positions are sane and reasonable. Kamala's are... who knows what hers are - she doesn't even know! She can't even string a coherent sentence together. Aside from that ,the Dem platform is verifiably anti-Christian in every conceivable way. Pro-abortion, pro mutilation of children, pro letting unvetted migrants into the country and giving them more resources than real citizens. I cannot vote for that, nor should any professing Christian.
I just rang the “reformed Christian book store chain” in Australia to see what they had on Luther’s 95 theses - the girl who answered didn’t know who Martin Luther was and had no idea about the 95 theses - I asked did she go to any church - she had no idea about the Protestant reformation- and yes she went to a Pentecostal church - I call it the charismatic industry because it’s product offered Is prosperity- and only that of the leaders
The worst part about that is that I can't NOT believe that something like this was said at Bethel. When you start believing that your imagination is on par with the Holy Spirit, your experience becomes your god, and Scripture ultimately takes a backseat to any whims, emotions, and images you can conjure.
Thank you, Justin for this Bethel expose,'. These are signs of the end times. But even Bethel distorts the prophecies. They are false prophets in for the profit. 😥😥

Like Paul, Timothy and every faithful pastor/teacher, and evangelist: *"Preach the word; be ready* in season and out of season; *reprove, rebuke, exhort,* with great patience and instruction. For the time will come *when they will not* endure sound doctrine; but *wanting to have* their ears tickled, *they will* accumulate for themselves teachers in accordance *to their own desires,* and will turn away their ears *from the truth* and will turn aside *to myths.* But you, *be sober* in all things, *endure* hardship, *do the work* of an evangelist, *fulfill your ministry"* [2 Tim 4v1-5]. And all the saints-be ready as well [1 Pt 3v15]. Thanks Justin.
A third option Justin, They are imagining it somewhat subconsciously, having low self control of their minds. They then wonder if that was from God or not and they need to make a concious choice - " was that the Holy Spirit/God?" Sadly the answer for many (fueled by a lack of knowledge and a high level of ignorance along with blind leaders) "yes it was God". I know from experience however I was much more suspicious of these imaginings. I was of this movement indirectly and this is sort of what I experienced. I never told anyone about these imaginings but others would say and I'd be thinking... he/she imagined that I think... thank God I was drawn more to the word and found my way eventually to the reformed faith and finally saw your videos and was so thankful that someone was calling it out and feeding the flock

Something Chris R. said has really stuck with me "When we sin against one another we have an advocate in Christ to mediate on our behalf. When one sins against God, who is there to mediate for them? " That leaves me in a terrified and fearful silence.
What scares me is I am a PK of a Lutheran father. My father retired, passed away. I have no idea anymore where to attend church. We have large churches and I don't like the spot lights on stage strobing around, smoke and lights, extremely loud music. How does one even begin to find a church anymore? Even websites are deceiving. People say to get into a Bible based church. They ALL claim to be Bible based. I fear these nondenominational churches, but I love our Lord. God doesn't want a demonination, he wants our hearts. Confusing.
I have found Calvary chapel churches to be great expository teachers. I listen online to Pastor Jack Hibbs and Pastor Gary Hamrick, they are really great.
Encouragement for you brother. Your work on aligning teaching with the Truth of the Word is admirable. As a pastor who has done it once without full surrender and now with full surrender….don’t focus so much on highlighting false teachers that you miss highlighting Jesus Christ. Love and blessings!
I cannot imagine speaking so carelessly about the LORD. He is beyond all we could ever comprehend and without Him we are literally nothing. The idea that He would ever apologize to any of us for what the flesh has done is just….I almost have no words…. I pray for all of these false teachers. That somehow, some way, they might open their eyes and be able to see the error of their ways. And I pray for the congregation. That they might open their eyes and flee from these wolves. 🙏🏻✝️❤️
We were going to a church and a new 'pastor' of something (they had a lot of pastors for different things) came from Bethel. She seemed off when they introduced her but I didn't know why (aside from the woman pastor thing). I read up on her and saw she was from Bethel. Every time I saw her, I would get such an unsettled feeling. A few months later, I was having a really tough time. We had a prayer app from church but the website had a number to call if you wanted someone to actually pray with you. I called it and she answered the phone. I was in tears and asked if there was someone that could pray with me and she said "We have and app for that." I kid you not. I told her I knew about the app but the website said that there were people available to pray with people. She said no, they only had the app and she could help me get on it if I needed. I told her no thank you and hung up. Shortly after, we found a new church. Thankfully, we found Shepherd's House because of this channel :)

Not gonna happen. I live right in the heart of Bethel territory, and they drive the Redding economy in a big way. Just broke ground on another 37 acre campus. They already have numerous campuses all around my house.
@@pamelamorrisonn They also run their school of "supernatural " ministry out of the Redding Civic Auditorium/convention center, which was and is for concerts, conventions, and special events. Bethel has incredible pull here with city hall. And it's not all bad, because Bethel wants to do ministry to those in the seedier places in town. But it's also dangerous when any church starts to have preference from Caesar. We see that trying to take root with the Christian Nationalism being pushed by Mike Johnson, Trump, Project 2025, and yes, the pope of Rome. We're headed for enforced religion eventually, as the RCC did during the dark ages. This time, evangelical bigwigs will lend support to the institution that the Reformers fought so hard to shake off their backs. And the world wonders after the beast.
Christ Jesus is without sin and needs no forgiveness...we people need forgiveness...
Even the Pharisees who sent Jesus to Calvary knew He was guiltless: “And though they found in him no guilt worthy of death, they asked Pilate to have him executed” (Acts 13:28)." I was a new Christian in the summer of 2021, and at the advice of my dad I signed up for the tech program at Bethel.

The entire Bible is for signs wonders miracles and gifts and none of them ever stopped at any point you can't say that they did because they clearly didn't.

@@naomispencer3246Truly, you have an incredible testimony! Thank you, from my heart, for sharing this! Bless you!
Hi Justin,
Bless you brother. My family escaped from the pentacostal movement after being lost there for many years. As the head of my household I am totally responsible for that. But praise God as both my wife and I were convicted independently of each other and when you have been with someone for 41 years as we have, we shared the truth of this conviction to each other and realised our erroneous ways. This is after being in numerous apostolic churches with links to Hillsong. Bless you brother for your sound, sensible and doctrinally truthful preaches. For the first time in many years, we both feel no shame or guilt that we could not meet the earthly expectations of others. We now pray for our sons and their families to find the same measure of peace. God bless you, Peter.
May God continue blessing you and your family!
How does anyone watch their videos and not think that these people are just nuts? Justin, thanks for the vid.
Church is a business and pastors are usually looking for those "tithes and offerings."
@@88Padilla Our church has missionaries in many countries and help a lot in disasters, so they rely on an income not to mention keeping the lights on. You just have to be involved and know where the money is going.
@@otallono In a lot of churches, it can be plainly seen where the money is going. Sure, there are expenses, but when the pastor talks about just buying a house or the pastor's children have nice new cars and other toys, it's obvious what's going on. The most popular and successful pastors aren't living humble lives. Ask Joel Osteen.
My pastor drives a 98 Dodge ram 1500. His wife drives a mini cooper that they bought from a police auction. They live in a modest home near the church. They live within their means and preach the gospel. My pastors doctrine is sound. The Church budget is open to all.
i just cant believe these so called "pastors" at these churches truly believe the messages they preach and all the followers, its like WOW i never realized how many gullable and weak , they follow anything or anyone that easily!
Thank God for true Christians who speak out against false teaching and false churches such as Bethel!
Thank you. I am fed up with the unholy and error ridden false church. Keep up the good work brother, praying for you.
I believe these people worship the God of there imagination and not the true and living God Almighty. When God delivered me supernaturally from drug addiction and then began to heal my soul he showed me my sins against him and not about my victim mentality. I wept for weeks as he began to heal me through the light of the truth of who he is and the mercy he graced me with. To him be the glory today and always. My caution to everyone be careful for satan disguises himself as an angel of light. Know the word be sure you have a good teacher and discern . Unless you know the truth you can’t discern the false. Thank you for sharing that testimony! Praise God. So glad that the Lord delivered and saved you. Hallelujah!
I join you in praising the Lord for delivering you from drug addiction and when you mentioned the way those people are currently worshiping the god they've created themselves, I was particularly reminded of one of His commandments, "Thou shalt have no other gods before me."

We are in the times of the Great Falling Away that the scriptures warned us about... there is not much time left of this sinful world.

Finally, one night at a regular prayer meeting, my mom had rode with me to it, she was “drunk in the spirit,” with a few other women, and I was quietly sitting in a chair reading my Bible when I heard that inner voice tell me “it was time to leave “
I stooped down by my mom and told her I had to go and asked her if she could get a ride with her friends.
I pray you find a solid church soon. You might want to read Mark Devers’ Nine Marks of a Healthy Church.

I was done.

I don’t understand how so many people, the whole church just sat in their seats and I mean just sat there. Blasphemy! Blasphemy!
l believe they aren't studying the bible or if they are its selective. Pickingand choosing the verses that suit the agenda of the church.
@kingbradley9066 yeah maybe some....but ALL of them? no way
Oh, wow. The Cessationist Conference. I so wish I could go. I know I sound like a broken record, but I thank God for preachers like yourself and these of the G3.
So grateful for your commitment to His truth and the time you invest to educate us folks. I have tremendous respect for your work and your character!
Jesus said, "if the light in you is darkness, how great is that darkness!"
Where is this in the Bible, please?
@@vgil1278Matthew 6: 22-23.
But a proven rapist and felon is ok with you?
What???????? 😳❤️🇦🇺
My guess is she probably knows about Azusa street though. Those churches usually go back to the start of that movement and that’s about it
Are you from Adelaide
No I live just north of Brisbane but have relatives in Adelaide
May our Lord continue to bless you brother. I am not a Cessationist but appreciate your work.
All glory and love be to GOD THE FATHER THE SON THE HOLY SPIRIT THE HOLY TRINITY forever and ever amen 💖✝✝✝
You’re right. My mouth is also gasped down to the floor! Hope and pray this guy has moved closer to the real Christ in the last 8 years.
The worst part about that is that I can't NOT believe that something like this was said at Bethel. When you start believing that your imagination is on par with the Holy Spirit, your experience becomes your god, and Scripture ultimately takes a backseat to any whims, emotions, and images you can conjure.
Jesus asks US for forgiveness?
Do you not feel ashamed?
The thought makes me wanna hide away! Lord forgive ME!
I feel the same😭 I'm repenting for them😂
Thank you, Justin for this Bethel expose,'. These are signs of the end times. But even Bethel distorts the prophecies. They are false prophets in for the profit. 😥😥
Continuing in prayer for you and your family Justin
Thank you so much, brother!
@@JustinPetersMin My pleasure sir. We gotta stick together, especially in times like these.
I watch your videos. After Jenna Winston started talking I can't watch & listen to anymore. I pray God opens people's eyes, ears, & minds everywhere to the truth of what the Bible says. I pray revival in Jesus name in USA & all across the world.
God bless you & your family.

Thank you for your faithfulness to the Lord @JustinPeters. Your videos helped me open my eyes to word of faith!
Justin, this saddens me greatly. May the LORD draw many out of this darkness and in to the light through the power for the gospel.
A third option Justin,
They are imagining it somewhat subconsciously, having low self control of their minds.
I once saw someone post online a little saying that I thought was pretty profound: Don't believe everything you think! :D
I did have an encounter with Christ, and it was terrifyingly intense. He is God! Perfect Truth is overwhelming.
Same. Wish I could remember every detail at the time. Barely knew who Jesus was at the time so I didn't take it all in. Same with Holy Spirit before I knew who He was too..
Jesus Christ please intervene and bring Your perfect will for all as only You can do. Amen
Hello my beautiful brothers and sisters. I pray that you all have a blessed day.
These wolves are maddening to me. I hate all the list they're misleading. 😢 I pray every night them for them all.
Thank you brother Justin for another great exposing video.
God bless everyone in Jesus Christ name Amen 👑🙏🏻🕊💜💜💜🙌🏻🙌🏻
Side note: Brother Justin, I love your ending on this video. I saw some of these liars yrs. ago. The shaking is evil Kudalini religion. So sad. 😢 Ty again to all the real pastors. ❤
When they began playing bethel music I got out of my old church. It was dark. And why is the church laughing at such a so called dramatic moment.
Thank you for all you do brother. You’ve been a big encouragement to me and I pray God continues to bless you and your ministry.
Thank you so very much, Derek. Blessings to you.
It's upsetting that the vast majority of churches listen to brothel church, the Lack of discernment is pretty obvious. Thank you @JustinPetersMin for leading dad and I out of the charismatic movement that listens to this filth.
Justin, praise Jesus for your ministry, clarity, and truth. Keep moving forward brother 😊
Something Chris R. said has really stuck with me "When we sin against one another we have an advocate in Christ to mediate on our behalf. When one sins against God, who is there to mediate for them? " That leaves me in a terrified and fearful silence.
I’ve seen something prior on Bethel here on ur channel Justin. Ty for ur uploads.
Confusing.
Find an Independent Baptist church. Where they do verse by verse bible with Expository preaching and teaching. Everyone has a bible.
I have found Calvary chapel churches to be great expository teachers. I listen online to Pastor Jack Hibbs and Pastor Gary Hamrick, they are really great.
Yes! You don’t need experiences and rituals. What you need is the GOSPEL and the WORD OF GOD!
Google reformed churches in your area.
I agree and am in the same boat. Blessings, Friend.
This was several years ago
One of the most insane
Things I've ever heard
Encouragement for you brother. Your work on aligning teaching with the Truth of the Word is admirable. As a pastor who has done it once without full surrender and now with full surrender….don’t focus so much on highlighting false teachers that you miss highlighting Jesus Christ. Love and blessings!
Thank you. "What is born of flesh is flesh and what is born of Spirit is spirit."
Amen! Unsaved women are so deceitful and rebellious and proud. Thank you, Paster Peters
And unsaved men aren’t?
Huh? Aren’t unsaved men the same!
Sound like Irene has issues 😂

Justin, you are spot on. The only way to describe this is ,it's utterly dark.... Flee from such a place!. Greetings from the UK...
Amen Justin. Thank you for speaking up about this.
The heresies and scandalous sins coming out of these pseudoChristian false churches is shocking. I'm thankful for you and others who preach the true Gospel.
This is terrible! Bethel Church/TV should repent and shut down.
Not gonna happen. I live right in the heart of Bethel territory, and they drive the Redding economy in a big way. Just broke ground on another 37 acre campus. They already have numerous campuses all around my house.
@@jeanclaude7018 Oh wow..
R.C. Sproul's 2014 exhortation still rings true: "We don't know who God is, and we don't know who we are!".
Truth.
God bless you Justin for continuing to boldly stand up against these heretics and blasphemers.
Thank you so very much for having the courage to speak up like this!
