@@theneophytejournal I’m in the US east coast and it’s been good - I got two job orders and have 3 interviews. So prior to starting I prepared for a few weeks by connecting with candidates in my niche location and candidate and HM titles, I got sales navigator and hit it hard. Stay organized and prepared that helps
