I’ve been using a 20 oz bottle of those curvy diet coke bottles with frozen water in it for my foot pain after walking a lot kinda like you’re using that foot roller. Then I wear these Kuailu sandals that I have just for walking inside my house that are for recovery from foot pain. Solved my plantar fasciitis quick!
