Also my 2nd video of Justin's and I initially thought he was a designer who had done up somebody else's home. Don't know where he lives, but his condo is definitely a show piece. Beautiful modern minimalist design. It's so hard to make that style look homey and comfortable, but he's done it.

I had the same issues w cooking for years. Would spend thousands a year on takeout. What I have learned over the last year during lockdown is simple. Salt, pepper and olive oil on pretty much any vegetable then pop into the over and roast. Once you get the time down, its amazing and simple. Then its just about grilling or roasting a protein. I go to the butcher in a high end grocery store and pick up a few things each week. Often times you can throw them in the oven with the veggies. This is the key to single male cooking. Takes less than 15 mins of prep.
Isn't it funny how a couple of years ago the only thing we were shopping for was toys, snacks and clothes now here we are all grown up drooling about a vacuum

I completely agree with the projector (or any tv) playing in the background when you WFH, mostly alone, and put in a lot of hours. You can get to a point where it can be too quiet and its nice to have some noises around lol. Sadly, i'm getting used to having the background noise and now when i visit the office its too quiet and feels weird lol
LOL i'm surprised this isn't the top comment. Putting the soundbar behind the couch completely defeats the purpose, not to mention it has Dolby atmos. Really shows the lack of knowledge...

Great video Justin. I personally think your home/office needs Ubiquiti UniFiNetwork gears. Your lovely home needs a dedicated spot for all things hubs, switches, NAS drives, IoT etc.. I basically mean get a Network rack. Get Access Points with PoE’s on them to help free up sockets, create LAN ports in strategic places for hard wire connectivity. Basically deploy an enterprise network solution to handle all the techs in the house. Great content once again. (Look up Mactelecom Networks TH-cam channel for more info on UniFi networks)
I consider myself a tech savvy guy, and my apartment are pretty much equipped with pretty much the latest tech too, but after watching your apartment tech setup, suddenly mine feels like it's 2015 lol

Thats probably the best kettle. The grinder however you can get better for the price. The best coffee you can probably buy is from ninety plus but its crazy pricey. Most of the coffee brew champions use special beans from there. I usually order weekly from PT's coffee more reasonably priced still very high quality beans for daily usage.
Beautiful place. The Google thermostat works with the Google home app now. It's imported from The nest app to the Home app, allowing you to control many smart devices like lights and Sonos, thermostat, Wi-Fi, systems
For Mac Pro + Kef speakers LS 50 ( I am using USB sound cards Asus Xonar U7 Mark 2 ) better choice - Fiio vs Asus High end components ( Fiio 4.5 Asus 9.0 Quality audio 1/10 rating ) ...
it a lot of technology in apartment but all looks great together. love that style! our only tech upgrade at home this year was big Music computing screens in office space and living room..
Hey Justin, your coffee setup is fantastic for brewing but I feel like you are missing a scale. I would recommend the Acaia Pearl scale which allows you to track both the weight and time of your brew together so that you get a more consistent and tasty brew every morning! It is very accurate and fast, and I personally use one so I would highly recommend that you get one too
