QUICK FIX: Whoever party leader is switches the region to their duos. Then that person ready ups. After that, the party leader switches the region back to theirs and then ready ups then it should work.

I think I know which issue you’re facing, this has happened multiple times, and I’ve been able to fix it multiple times, really the main thing that you need to do is make the tournament region set as your region. If the problem is still going on, then you need to switch your region with your teammates region or the other way around and then switch it back to your region or your teammates region. This should fix the problem and you guys should be good to go. Or one of you can switch to the others region that they played on in the past.
