Had a guy rucking back and forth to work everyday in Iraq a decade or so ago I asked him if he was training for the AT. He had never heard of it before. Then he went and did it 👍. He was just rucking to stay in shape. I bet you could go to 65#’s if you added a belt to that AWESOME pack 🤘🏽

Good break down. I haven’t gotten a Connor. The Umlindi with Pals Pocket is my go-to. Been considering a Connor pocket to use on my Ute and Qui-Ya if needed. Love their gear. I don’t see them adding some sort of feature for the ruck plates. Seems too niche for what they do. I use my GR for that like you. Built for it, but not as comfortable as the HPG carriage system.

I think an Etsy seller. I can’t recall who though.

Thanks for the video. Do u like ur Connor bag vs ur gr1 better for EDC and hiking?

I do, in certain cases. I cannot carry anything more than a 20lb plate comfortably in the Connor. In my gr1 with shaddox tactical pocket, I can carry 50. But, the Connor is much better and much more versatile as a backcountry pack. I use it for EDC as well.
