  • Calvary Chapel of Delaware County (ccdelco) is a nondenominational church in Chadds Ford, PA. Our mission is to lead people on a journey to become fully-devoted followers of Christ. How do we do that? We create environments that are a catalyst to encountering God, growing as a disciple, and connecting as a community to impact the world.
    Check us out at ccdelco.com.

My husband gave his heart to the LORD at CC Philly
After he passed away I was fortunate to find CC Delco.
I have always been profoundly grateful for both

My life is a bounty of wealth with Jesus while poorest without. Thanks to Pastor Joe for his outstanding transmission of the lord's way.

My sister invited me to a CC Philly women's retreat in the late '80s. Finally in the early '90s I attended. My life has never been the same. My heart was broken before I got there and filled with anger. While there, the Holy Spirit "broke" my heart, releasing the anger, and filled me with my heavenly Father's love. Then, my healing began. My marriage was restored now we're still together 37+ years married. It wasn't easy at all, but I had my Lord with me all the way. I was raised in church. I knew the Trinity, I loved God, Jesus, and I believed and prayed however, when I started coming to the church with the pastor in the Hawaiian shirt, it was as if the dots were connected in my spiritual life. Praise our God for using our pastors and the church for connecting the dots for so many who are hurting; who are seeking. Amen

I give thanks to The Lord w/all my heart for giving us a few "Good Shepherds" in these "last days" teaching "The True Gospel of Jesus Christ" in this nation that seems to have no reverence (fear) of The Lord God. I yearn to be home w/our Lord and return w/HIM to see Him sit on His throne in Jerusalem and rule all the nations in righteousness and in truth. (I wish I could find a place that is faithful to "The Love of The Truth" here or near Charlotte N.C.). Hope to see all of you soon w/our Lord.

    Caress
To feel the touch that brings stillness outside, that comforts all the insecurities that are buried deep within
Wrapped in relief such greatness resolved amongst the trials that are bound to occur in all that are on this journey
We feel as if we could touch the sky and feel it's caress upon our cheeks
The gentle clouds that are flowing through the lightest touch and bestowed upon our mouth as if a crisp breeze enveloping our senses
Barefoot walking among the swaying willows in a field so vast as to not be able to find the beginning or where to start
The slightest touch brings a peace that is not to be confused with the chaos that we each find ourselves in oh so frequent
It is Him that is what we seek; it is our true North that can be held upon our lips as the water that never runs dry. He will quench the thirst that each desire to be held.
If we could only see that all that is centered in outward fulfillment yet not discovering the well that brings depth will end in....
Let us not be so careless as to miss the simple beauty of the caress of His mighty hand upon our trembling frame that will bring the warmth that each of our indwelling senses will allow to be discovered if only for a time.
