Hello I know this video is a couple years old, but to make a higher voltage attenuator, let say for ignition probes, something around 1000:1 or 10,000:1 do the resistors just need to be a higher wattage type?
Why is it important that r1 be close to one meg ohm? . I am trying to make an attenuator for a usb daq with an input impendence of 144 k ohm. Should my R1 be close to 144 k ohm as well?
Thanks this will help me when I work on my cars
Glad to hear it
nice good project
Thank you

sorry, I have not tried that..

yes
Nice video👍🏼
thank you,,
Amazing!
Thank you..
What component do I need to make a oscilloscope like that 🤔?
pls watch this video

Could you please provide a wiring diagram?
thanks for watching...the diagram is at the very end of the video @ 13:22
hi.. nice project. can i have a diagram for that?
thanks for watching...the diagram is at the end of the video..
Frequency response is going to be poor- all the stray capacitance makes this a low-pass filter
