At 03:34 what's the difference between rotation and perspective?
It's hard to explain, try both the tools in pixellab, you will get an idea..
In this video, I used perspective tool in the small text, because I wanted to keep all the letters of the small text perpendicular to the horizontal, but if I had used rotation instead of perspective here, than the letters would have rotated (not perpendicular to horizontal).
