I don’t actually get why did we keep watching for an end that doesn’t really help. so the main msg is don’t be stubborn and get to realize you uave an issue?!! a life can pass after that not knowing how to fix it so how did Mhammad face his demons? How did he control his negative thoughts, anxiety on a day to day basis? What is a good day and a bad day for him? Some of us are past this
