There is only one God or you call him a creator.

Some people fail every time ...either they give up..or.....they are not sad or let down if they knew what went wrong..... Some people find succes every time they undertake anything but one failure kills them for life because success brought the ego they never overcame or rejection they could never take........ While some others look on failure and success just the same and continue to keep going....

I've been feeling very down lately over poor past decisions this story made me realise you just have to keep going no matter what.
Hi, I hope you are doing better now than from weeks ago when you left this comment here. All of us can make a lot of bad and poor decisions, but all of us are also capable of still doing great for the future ahead of us - you will overcome that, but I hope you also get to learn a lot from that experience of yours. I hope that when you have finally overcome these hardships, you can prepare yourselves financially by allocating a portion of your income to investing and savings account.
Now to be a demotivator: this was one success story after life time of failures and setbacks. there's many others who went through similar life, except you don't hear about them, because they never did found that success, their stories just ended and no one ever talks about them or remembers them.

I already know his story but almost forget it when I felt some rejections in my life but thanks to this video, it reminds me of not giving up even you failed over and over again.
I hope I'll be successful for my assessment tomorrow. I've been verily dissapointed about what I had been through. I think there was really something wrong with me that even if I aced the application process, I still wasn't chosen.
Now, I ventured in different industry & finally passed the final interview and hopefully I can make it through.

Yea, I was thinking while the video was playing that how can I get to the point of getting fired if I can't even get to the interview? And I didn't even drop out or do anything to ruin my career. I'm not as old as that guy yet so I haven't had as many experiences, but to me it shows that his life in some respects was easier than mine even though he did obvious things to screw it up.

Ive been unemployed for a year now and i only graduated last year. I applied for several jobs, sometimes i get rejected for my lack of experience, sometimes i get into interviews and later on realize i dont want that job, sometimes i get accepted and last minute due to some certain factors i wouldn't take it. Life's hard at this point especially if you see other people suceeding at their careers but i guess life really has other plans for me too after months of trying.. Guess i'll just have to wait for the next episodes of my life. Like colonel's story ❤

To be honest the Colonel wasn't (presumably) ever a failure.
1) Went to law school with out even graduating high school.
2) Started a ferry company
3) Started a lamp company
4) Started a restaurant and managed to have enough money for a motel.
Quite the accomplishment even by today's standards for someone with out even finishing high school.
Just because he didnt finish high school, doesnt mean he was braindead. But yea its definitely an accomplishment to be proud of.

I know rejection too well. My entire life was rejection until I got tired of it and flipped the script. This shit don't even get in my feelings anymore. I'm mentally tough now and reinvented myself. The only reason I started winning was because after every failure I kept thinking what should I try next? Until I got it right. It got to a point where I didn't care to fail anymore. U gonna fire me? My story
Born in a middle class family in 1989
1 ) work 3 to 4 Miles to the bus station everyday to the school
2) played rugby in college and lost a knee and missed the finals.
3) dropped out from the college .
4) one good thing ( 2nd time did private education
5) found a job in a bank and lost it within a month
6) no job for 1 and 1/2 years
7) found a job and stayed there for 2 years and lost it
8) after unemployed for another year again found a good job in 2015
9) got anxiety because of my stupidity.
10) lost most of the friends and money and still trying to recover .

The great movie about this man is yet to be made. He was among the toughest and kindest of his generation. I can't stand that is image is one of a mascot and cartoon character. There is a great story of his meeting a college kid and quietly helping out with his tuition. He was tough as nails.
