- Stage Fright & Stage Nerves : Overcome & Conquer in 6 Steps
After 50 years of getting on stages all over the world I still get a touch of Stage Nerves or Stage Fright, but I've learnt a number of tricks and techniques to overcome and control it that I share in this video.
It's aimed at MC's but the techniques are just as useful for - Actors, Presenters, Musicians and other Entertainers.
To conquer stage nerves there are some simple steps that you can take, so here are my Stage Fright Tips.

I usually feel nervous around people. However, yesterday, for the first time, I had a panic attack when everyone's attention was focused on me. The funny part was, it was only 4 people and it was Zoom online class.
I'm more nervous with tiny groups as well!

I've had speakers nearly faint a few times. Once the deputy Premier of the State, half collapsed and nearly fell of a high stage. I had to rush on and save her. It was in the local paper next day!

I have a DJ/MC gig coming up in June... I'm a competent freestyle artists; however whenever I'm faced with an audience of people I don't know I stumble and draw a blank consistently. What can I do?
