As a senior with bad knees, Myrtle could really use some benches along the boardwalk and shopping streets with backs on them. Just got back from family vacation in Wildwood NJ and there are benches everywhere along the boardwalk which also can have Memorial Plaques with dedications put on them through the Town website for $700 for 3 years. I was able to go on long walks on the Boards with my kids, grandkids and great-grandkids and walk from bench to bench while we walked the 2.5 mile boardwalk and the kids shopped, we ate and went on rides.
Yes unfortunately they got rid of the benches on the boardwalk, but they never had backs anyway. I agree with you and I'm not a fan of the new circles.

Depends on what you're looking for - Gay Dolphin has a ton of stuff and there are a lot of big gift stores at Broadway at the Beach such as Tiki Jims & the General Store. Have a great trip!

It is usually still quite warm yes. And yes September has the highest risk of hurricanes in Myrtle Beach historically. That said, we love it here in the fall overall. We hope you have a great trip!

That's not something we really know about. I do know mobile homes aren't as safe as stick built in bad weather, but I'm not familiar with the parks in this area.
Do you happen to know what is going on or about to happen on the volleyball area where the flags are near the Sky Wheel? They've got stadium seating up and lots of construction going on.

Yes in the off-season you can bike on the boardwalk, but May 1 through Labor Day you can only bike from 5 AM to 10 AM. The same rule applies to biking on the beach as well.
I believe in one of your videos last year, you said one of the Ripley’s places was turning into a murder mystery place. Do you know what happened with that?
We show it in our most recent video of the Ripley's Haunted Adventure. They re-themed it and it's like you're "helping" the FBI solve a mystery, but it's still a haunted house with scares.
