Organizing My Fountain Pen Supplies: Going Through All of My Inks!

I let my fountain pen collection and journaling supplies take over my sewing room this past year. It is high time to get it in order! My little blue desk is where I keep the majority of my supplies. My mother bought this desk for me ages ago when we found it at a thrift shop and I use it still. Whoever finished it with this blue paint did a fantastic job. It has plenty of drawers for inks and papers.
I started by pulling everything out of the drawers and dusting them out. I had thought I would color coordinate the inks instead of going by brand. I instead went with thinks I use most in the top drawer and the rest went by brand. I think later on I will go by color but this let me see how much space I have to work with for next time.
After getting all of the papers and ink in the drawers I went to the footlocker to organize. I keep my overflow and extra stock in the footlocker. I have extra bottles of Dark Matter, some more collectible inks I don't use as much, and extra notebooks that are waiting to be used.
After going through and finding all of the inks and their boxes, sorting all of the notebooks and paper, I really thought I'd be thinking that I really don't need anymore inks! However, I would still love more! They are all so unique and interesting. Getting to try them out and find uses for them is very rewarding.

Ooh spring cleaning. I don't dare do this. I toss everything out from the drawers and then I get overwhelmed by the mess I created and can't figure out how to re-organize it!
Right now I'm trying to figure out what notebook to get to swatch the inks I get, I'm dissatisfied with what I have now (they're fine for my writing, but not quite hitting the spot for the swatching bit) Looking at all your papers and notebooks with great interest! Also figuring out what pen I need to get the shimmer and sheen properties of some of my ink to show. :(
