Praying for the Holy Spirit fo heal you frpm all your suffering. I I was in a deep depression with griefe spasms for 10 months, I cant imagine what it must be like in your day to day. Keep listening to music it helps to take your thoughts in good places where you find peace ,comfort and joy. Ke praying and asking he will hear your cries cause he Loves you, he will answer prayers.
