Though looks good and a wonderful dish, but in my opinion frying of nonveg should be more and should be given more time so that nonveg does not have its raw smell and flavours get mixed up in each bite. Not for this dish but in general. An important prerequisite for nonveg dish is proper frying. I love your dishes though and hope you keep on giving us more of such fantastic recipes.
