Those cars were notorious for heaven transmission problems.

Yep, it was the drain hole in the tail housing that was drilled too small and would cause the rear seal in the tail housing to pour transmission fluid out. It would start after only a few thousand miles.
Just needs a cam, and heads, and headers.
LS swap it, and be done!
