Like how this collab basically shows that there are two separate entities who are taking the role/personality of the same person (hence why with that rotation shows mimic becoming glitchtrap near the end)
Mimic being Glitchtrap or vice versa is actually a headcanon. So an AU of sorts because canonically, Mimic has no relation to William at all, other than being stuck in Sister Location.
@@tacotaco288 it is. nowhere in Tales or Game was it ever shown or hinted at that Mimic tries to copy William at all. In fact, even Ruin proved otherwise. Burntrap = Glitchtrap. And in Ruin, they showed that Burntrap and Mimic exist at the same time. How? The Purple Light in Burntrap's room during SB has been moved inside the vent *directly* in front of his Recharge Station in Ruin. If they really wanted to show they are the same being, why not put that Purple Light in Mimic Room? they show us Burntrap and Mimic are different characters. And yes, Glitchtrap is fully William's soul, hence why Old Man Consequences in UCN follows after him and exists as an NPC in the Princess Quest arcades. OMC is a godly being or an angel of purgatory who is the one who convinces spirits to move on, or sends the sinners to the lake (hell). No one can even know about OMC's existence to be able to code him into a mobile game, to be then later converted to the arcades as Princess Quest. Only William, Cassidy, and *_maybe_* Charlie can know about OMC. No one else.
@@phamtans4381 Burntrap is canon because we see his room and the Purple Light in his room during SB has been moved to the inside of the vent *_directly_* in front of his Charging Station in Ruin. And we also see his claw marks.
MXES / Entity is actually the latest form of Glitchtrap. But it's kind of a canonical thing which is disregarded for the GlitchMimic headcanon to work. MXES is the name of the machine/system. Entity is the bunny virus infecting the MXES machine/system. Entity is a "he", MXES is a "it".
@@xM0nst3RxAlso, Glitchtrap is shown to be Helpy in Help Wanted 2, and in Ruin, HELPi is Mimic. so i wouldn't say GlitchMimic doesn't have any evidence.
@@skipping88 Helpy and Help(i) are not the same entity. Helpi in fact is not Mimic. Mimic AI just infects one part of it (as Helpi's eyes turn Orange when MimicHelpi talks, and then turns back to Blue when normal Helpi talks), and it probably got into the Helpi AI because of Cassie's Dad and through the chip he implants in Helpy's brain in HW2 (which is still not very clearly explained how). GlitchMimic has no evidence because both in Tales and Game, Mimic never for once tries to act like, or imitate William at all. It has no relation to bunnies and Tales Mimic is always a tiger, or a feline. Epilogue Mimic doesn't work because it never put on a bunny suit, literally hates human flesh, and got trapped inside a jester suit at the end. Eclipse in Ruin has teeth similar to Mimic's, hidden behind the plastic mask face. Eclipse is a jester. Epilogue Mimic gets trapped inside a jester costume. The connection here is pretty clear to me.

@@xM0nst3Rxthe mimic being glichtrap is not a head cannon, it’s just a fact. The only part up to debate is dose it contain any of William.
