Absolutely!!! All of THIS was meant to be. Coach, Justin, this AMAZING staff... and we're just getting started. We just need some OL help so we can keep our unicorn QB from getting hurt. Like a reporter called it "hack-a-Herb." 😅
Absolutely! Remember guys, it took the Chiefs 50yrs, 1 Patrick, 1 Andy and 1 Spaggs to win a superbowl...alll good things come with time and discipline! We have that now! The eagles and bucs had it for a year and won...our time is coming!!
Bro legitimately refuses to take any credit for anything and turns every question into something positive about his team/staff and it absolutely shows on the field.
I mean he's even heaping praise on the Spanos's LOL. Chargers probably would have been sunk with any other hire than Harbaugh, it was worth last season's train wreck until Harbaugh was available.
He's extremely generous and intelligent about that as a coach. He will absorb all the criticism, and he will deflect all the praise. He's a great leader for football. It worked in college and it works at the pro level because it's always been about his players. The team, the team, the team. It's very simple that way, and his greatness is in keeping it simple.
Seriously the BEST interview I've heard from Colin... and I've heard a LOT of Colin, over the years. He used to host a local talk show here in Portland, back around 2000. In all that time I've never heard him speak of player like he does Justin. And you can tell how much Colin respects Coach Harbaugh. He just sat back and let Coach be who he is: One of a kind, is he. That was an amazing "interview." Lol! More like we all got to pull up a chair and listen in... while they were having a private lunch and just talkin ball and life. Uterly astounding... Warms the cockles of my heart. 😅
Colin's strength is also his weakness. This man confidence is through the roof it's borderline arrogant. His show and interviews are always about him lol Every now and then he brings someone in that he respects and you see a true humble Colin at his peak.
Harbaugh is the definition of a “Players coach” he praises them with compliments that gives them an ideal to live up and want to run through a wall for him.
Justin Herbert is fortunate to have a Head Coach that believes in him like that and have so much praise for him - I'm happy for the guy and wish much success to the Chargers Organization!
@@AndyGreen-l8w Their accomplishments speak for themselves and prove my point i.e., Patrick Mahomes 2 Superbowls and Lamar Jackson's 2 NFL MVP of the Year Trophies. You're entitled to your opinion but what you say has to make sense with facts to support your viewpoint.

What the Harbaugh Regime has done with QJ1 makes me really happy. I felt so bad for that guy getting slagged on for not doing well under Staley & Co. People wanted him gone, I wanted another year to see what happens with "new management". I don't get to be right too often, so I'm taking this one.
