      I mean he's even heaping praise on the Spanos's LOL. Chargers probably would have been sunk with any other hire than Harbaugh, it was worth last season's train wreck until Harbaugh was available.

    • @natel7151
      @natel7151 18 วันที่ผ่านมา +17

      He's extremely generous and intelligent about that as a coach. He will absorb all the criticism, and he will deflect all the praise. He's a great leader for football. It worked in college and it works at the pro level because it's always been about his players. The team, the team, the team.
      It's very simple that way, and his greatness is in keeping it simple.

    Seriously the BEST interview I've heard from Colin... and I've heard a LOT of Colin, over the years. He used to host a local talk show here in Portland, back around 2000. In all that time I've never heard him speak of player like he does Justin. And you can tell how much Colin respects Coach Harbaugh. He just sat back and let Coach be who he is: One of a kind, is he. That was an amazing "interview." Lol! More like we all got to pull up a chair and listen in... while they were having a private lunch and just talkin ball and life.
    Uterly astounding...
    Warms the cockles of my heart. 😅

      Colin's strength is also his weakness. This man confidence is through the roof it's borderline arrogant. His show and interviews are always about him lol Every now and then he brings someone in that he respects and you see a true humble Colin at his peak.

      He's also being practical. They were a SB caliber team that only needed a coach. 4 yrs of Staley left us wondering if he could overcome the PTSD of such a coach. So yeah, I felt the chargers were a real threat as a lifelong Chiefs fan. As good as we are: I feared the chargers would get BB: I'd rather have to play a Harb than BB.

      @ lucky with qbs, been pretty brutal with Head coaches even though that is Spanos’s fault. He finally wised up with Harbaugh 🙏🏼🙏🏼

    Herbert is the real deal. I still remember a 40 yd pass he threw downfield at an angle I've never seen before. Amazing talent.

    I love the enthusiasm, the platitudes, etc.
    One thing I need to see, as a casual fan, is Herbert developing that killer instinct on crucial third and fourth downs to win games. It is a VERY select few that succeed in those situations like 75% of the time.. and win playoff games and championships.
    For long-suffering(?) Chargers fans here is to hoping he takes that next step!..
    Go Seahawks and our "Harbaugh-tree" of a coach, Mike McDonald !
