にしてもLEDの絵はちゃんとそれと認識できる奴とかなり頑張ってギリそれっぽく見える奴があって、サイズやLEDの数とかの問題で開発に相当に苦労したであろう事が伺えますなw

so since legend rider chemy cards can be registred or be scanned my theory for this if dread uses these legend rider chemy cards my guess are
1. kuuga chemy card : dread can access kuuga powers such as mighty kick or uses weapons from kuuga like a sword from kuuga titan form or a bow from rising pegasus or a spear from kuuga s dragon s rising form
2. agito chemy card : dread can access agito powers like ground form or storm flame weapons like the storm halberd or even the flame saber
3. ryuki chemy card : dread can access ryuki powers and can summon sword vent guard vent or even advent strike vent cards from his dragvisor that it was summoned in his hands or what i meant ryuki s cards will summon in his hands and also his dragvisor
4. faiz chemy card : dread can access faiz weapons like a sb-555h faiz edge or even a faizphone summon in his hands to uses such as gun mode or even a faiz pointer or could be faiz shot and his dread breaking would be a crimson smash or exceed charge
5. blade chemy card : dread can only summon a blay rouzer with rouse cards with consisting special attack such as lightning blast beat lion slash lizard or tackle boar thunder deer or kick locust orignally there s more but i have to only say those things but moving on
6. hibiki chemy card : well only the ongekibou drum stick and even a ongekiko drum so it s just what hibiki powers was
7. kabuto chemy card : can access kabuto powers like clock up and for his dread breaking would be a rider kick in the atcual kabuto tv series wehre the rider kick will be a 180 degress roundhouse kick or can summon a kabuto kunai gun
8. den o chemy card : self explanatory but yes once again dread can access den o powers and his weapons from their den o forms like sword rod gun and a axe and the dread breaking would be a full charge
9. kiva chemy card : can uses kiva s powers or could be a weapon from the kiva series like garuru saber bassha magnum or dogga hammer his dread breaking would be a wake up
10. decade and diend card chemy card : can uses his diend driver to summon riders decade series only can summon dark riders and secondary rider series this time can summon primary riders secondary riders and even dark riders and also can summon decade s cards by scanning a another legend rider chemy card and for this one decade powers could be can transforming into other riders like legend by just inserting a another legend rider chemy card lamost forgot his drea dbreaking would be a final attack ride and also can uses another legend rider chemy card like kuuga or other rider chemy cards
11. double chemy card : can uses double powers from cyclone joker luna trigger or heat metal his dread breaking would be a maximum drive like joker extreme metal branding trigger full burst
12. ooo chemy card : my guess could be based off core medals from the series itself taka tora batta means phoenix tiger and hopper which means their powers would be a animal based and the weapon well it s a medajaribur and the dread breaking would be a scanning charge
13. fourze chemy card : ok my guess for this one maybe module as their atcual powers used a gekiocopter chemy card summons launcher other modules will be kinda diffilcult since modules are not like chemy cards or a legend rider chemy card based of the legend rider modules his dread breaking would be rider rocket drill kick
14. wizard chemy card : can access wizard powers that are flame water ground hurricane or can summon wizarswordgun
his dread breaking would be kick strike
15. gaim chemy card : since this chemy card is orange arms his weapon and his powers would be the daidamaru and the musou saber combine it into naginata mode dread breaking would be burai kick or orange squash
16. drive chemy card : can access drive s powers such as speed the tire koukans would be midnight shadow or other types like wild or high speed idk about the other forms but that s it and the weapon that would be summon is handle ken and the dread breaking would be a full throttle
17. ghost chemy card : well ghost are ghost so and yes you can fly or maybe you re attcually died just kidding the atcual thing is dread can used ghost powers like mind reading or danger sense and also since ghost are dead humans you re invisible and also can t be killed with this chemy card and the weapon gan gun saber the dread breaking well omega drive
18. ex aid chemy card : well ex aid powers will be based of a video game like the coins from the ex aid or even jumpable blocks the weapon gashacon breaker the dread breaking well you already know mighty critical strike
19. build chemy card : since build is rabbit and tank my guess it will be build powers for dread due to the halfbody are the powers itself and the weapon is the drill crusher the dread breaking will be voltech finish
20. zi o chemy card : since zi o is anniversary season to kamen riders my guess is using zi o powers while also having a weapon zikan girade insert a legend rider chemy card a ridewatch appeared in your hands porbaly cna used for a finisher here also the finisher is time break

21.zero one chemy card : well the powers are gonna say what rising hopper because this is a grasshopper and the weapon is a attache calibur shotgun or a bow and arrow the finisher well yes rising impact
22.saber chemy card :well yes saber is a dragon so the weapon will be a sword with a rekka logo means fire and because it s brave dragon wonder ride book well yes it will be a fire and the finisher well hissatsu dokuha
23. revi and vice chemy card : revi and vice are sperated riders so putting 2 chemy cards revi and vice will probaly summon vice it self or used revi and vice powers and the finisher well stamping finish or a remix
24. geats chemy card : probaly will be a power from boost and magnum and can also used revolve on and also summons the magnum itself the finisher : magnum boost grand victory
25. gotchard chemy card : will probaly used steam hopper power and the finisher will be steam hopper fever
okay that s it for this one because damn i just wasted my time on making this list

Funny how 10 cards in each 10 Chemy categories have the same animated image but the Legend Rider Chemy Cards have each specific Rider’s face. Irony!
