Creamy Coconut Milk Banana Kheer |Must try Sweet Porridge served as a Dessert during meal in no time

    Banana with Creamy Coconut Milk gives excellent taste to this Kheer. Tastes best when served either hot or cold

    Preparation Time - 5 mins
    Cooking Time - 15 mins
    Ingredients:
    Ripe Banana - 4 (Medium size)
    Ghee(Clarified Butter) - 1 tsp (for roasting nuts)
    Cashew - 10 pcs
    Raisin - 20 pcs
    Jaggery - 1 Cup (reduce the quantity to ¾ cup, if the Banana is too sweet)
    Water - 3 Tbsp (45 ml)
    Ghee (Clarified Butter) - 1 tsp (for the Kheer)
    Cardamom Powder - 1 tsp (for flavoring)
    Coconut Milk (Thick) - 3 cups (690 ml)
    Instructions:
    1. Cut the Banana top and bottom part and place it in a steamer.
    2. In a pan, add water and steam the Banana covered with lid for 10 mins.
    3. Remove the Banana peel and make a smooth paste in the blender.
    4. In a pan, add Ghee, Cashews & Raisins. Roast until Golden brown & set aside.
    5. In the same pan, add Jaggery and Water. Cook until the Jaggery dissolves and strain it to remove any dirt in Jaggery.
    6. In a pan, add Ghee, Banana Puree, Melted Jaggery & Mix well without lumps.
    7. Add Cardamom Powder and Coconut Milk. Mix well & cook for 5 mins.
    8. Add roasted Cashew & Raisins
    Coconut Milk Banana Kheer is ready.
    Serves - 6 to 7 people
