    넘 감사합니다 선생님~ 보면서 하고 있습니다. 제가 오른쪽 서혜부가 자전거 탈 때 꼬이는(?) 느낌이 들어서 오래 타지 못하고 꼭 내려서 풀어주어야 해요. 요즘은 쪼그려 앉았다 일어날 때도 살짝 불편한데 어떤 처치를 해야 할까요? 고관절 돌려주기를 하면 좋을까요? 알려주시면 감사하겠습니다.
