HOW TO PREVENT IT FROM STICKING TO PAPER? ANS. Just let it rest or "steam" a bit. Then it will release easily on the paper liner. Usually, it easily peels of the next day. Hehe. Thanks for your recipe this is so good. I revised and lessen the sugar to 1/4 because I do not want too sweet and I used about 1/4 of butter and I melted it. This is so delicious compared to the first recipe I used before.
Ganitong procedure ng paggawa ng macaroons ang natutunan ko sa Home Economics namin noong high school. Merong konting flour, para d nakakasawa kapag puro coconut. Minsan napasobra kmi ng classmate ko sa paglagay ng flour, kinalabasan eh muffin na 😅 pero masarap pa rin.

For this i prefer using melted butter po..so it's easier to mix...and im not using sugar anymore coz condense milk is enough for me.matamis na xa.pero iba2 nman tau ng procedures eh..just saying😉☺

The usual procedure with cakes like this, would call for creaming the butter with sugar. There's a difference in the result if you use melted butter because you cant cream sugger with melted butter... just sharing my thoughts... merry Christmas

The purpose of not completely melting the butter and leaving small chunks of it is to create a buttery texture to the macaroons when biting in to it,that way you can incorporate the flavors well.

1 of the best recipe.. iba iba lang talaga yung oven.. mine I baked for 25 mins and I also removed the sugar and its perfect..

You're welcome and yes you can omit the sugar, anyway sugar in my recipe is optional.
