Your business decisions are your own there is NO judgement here. I think it’s awesome to add a different product. I also sell other products - I have yet to “niche down” although I’m learning that here in the US coordinators do limit the amount of similar vendors so I think it’s a very good idea to add other product. What’s even cuter is that you can display the tea light holders with little fairy lights and add crochet Christmas trees and snowmen. They are adorable.
Thank you so much for this! I was mainly asking if people were interested in hearing about these other types of products since I’ve already pretty much decided that I’ll have to take them to my holiday markets just to have enough inventory for all of those days 😅 but the consensus seems that a lot of you would like to hear about all types of products 🥰🙌🏼 I definitely think it’s very useful to have a diverse inventory even though I’ve never had an event with a lot of other crocheters it’s still good to know that I would have still have some other things to sell if a couple of other plushie makers showed up 🙌🏼 Already thinking about ways to combine the products into cute displays 🤭😉😍
girl, you absolutely need to do what YOU love to do and if that's making and selling both types of items, that's what we'll all want to see too. so glad you were able to experience selling both products and both looked great!
I enjoy your videos so much! Even though I got here for the crochet, I do love all handmade market prep styles, so I'm still interested in seeing everything that you do! Great job and sorry your market was so crazy! ❤
Thank you so much! 🙌🏼 I’m certain the content will still be mostly crochet focused since that is what takes up the majority of my time but glad to hear you’re interested in watching the other parts as well 🤭🥰
Veronica, thank you for another great video! Love to see how you are branching out to other crafts.. that’s insane that someone drove into your tent and so thankful you weren’t hurt.. 🥰
OMG, yes, please share more…I love your crochet videos and I too and to do the same things (adding a different line to get into more markets. I would love to see more!!!
I love watching your channel and would be happy to see both! I am also looking at adding a new product to help sustain my markets. Thank you for sharing.
Thank you for your opinion! 🥰 yeah that really is the thing I love doing markets but we all now that crocheters can’t really well attend a market every weekend 😅
I would love to see any market and general small business content you want to film. Your new items are beautiful and wow, you have so much! I used to make resin items, however it was 2 part epoxy with dried flowers to make floral trays, etc. They take forever to make though. I would be interested to see your process of making your resume items.
Thank you for your feedback and opinion! 😊 The „resin“ that I use is a gypsum based powder that you mix with water 😉 I’ll definitely go more into detail on that in the future 🙌🏼 Uh I love those types of resin items with the dried flowers that you mentioned! 😍 if you were still selling those I’d definitely be obsessed with your booth at markets! 😍😍
True I came to your channel very on because of your crochet content. I also like your personality and enjoying see your content as you live in another country. I would enjoy watching other craft making content as well. It might give others ideas for markets. I have been to Germany in 1982 & 2005. I have enjoyed sightseeing and your culture. Both my husband and I have a lot of German ancestry. Good luck with your winter market journey .
Omg when you said you would show what you did so far, i tought it would be like a few, and then there is A SEA of products! hahah you are so fast! and for the first batch? amazing! keep up with it, i love the idea :)
Thank you for your sweet comment! I’ll definitely keep you posted on how things do at the future events 🙌🏼 it’s so satisfying as a crocheter so see so much inventory made in just a few days 🙌🏼🤭
Congratulations on taking Fridays off!!!! Yes, I am sure everyone would love to see your new resin products and how well they do. I definately want to:)
I'm super interested in the other items you're adding! I am in the same boat and trying to find another type of item I like to make that can help supplement inventory for the amount of markets and time I have. Resin and clay have been something I'm interested in so it'll be cool to see your journey with it. I love all the items you made so far!
Thank you so much for your sweet message! We crocheters really need something to sustain our inventory for multiple markets in a row 😅 I’ll keep you posted on how the new products perform 🙌🏼😉
I would still watch you adding in new products. It will be interesting to see how it goes for you. I would also be interested in doing your little sheep you made. So if you want testers, count me in.
Awesome! Thank you for your support on my videos 🥰 I really appreciate you taking the time to comment every week 😊 I’m working the pattern up right now so I’ll be posting the tester call soon! 🙌🏼
If you want a pattern for the sheep-try Sherman the sheep by Alyssa. For the eyes Darling Maple Designs and The Cozy Buckeye both have good ones. I'm making the same dino while watching your video!
The cozy buckeye and knotting hook crochet both have good eye tutorials. What Kitty pattern do you use? Love your channel. My daughter has a resin business. I would love to see any of your content. Best of luck.
Uuhh thank you I’ll be looking into those! 🙌🏼 the cat pattern I use is by bigbebez on Etsy 😉 it’s a little confusing the first time you make it but so worth it! Thank you also for your feedback on the future content on this channel 🥰
April, The Cozy Buckeye, on YT, has a great tutorial on embroidered eyes. I've been trying to master the embroidered eyes myself. Practice makes perfect. 😊
This is so true! I wish I could attend markets every weekend (or the 4 week holiday market of my dreams 😅) but with crochet alone it’s not possible to do 🫣
Can I ask how you got such a dark colour on the black leaf bowl and house? I haven't been able to find a pigment for gypsum which actually comes out black, dark grey is the best I've managed so far!
Of course! Personally I use the brand keracraft and their powder compounds. The black one turns out this pigmented. I’m not entirely sure if they ship internationally though 🤔
It's your channel, if you want to talk about other products then do it. Glad the crash wasn't bad and you and your products came through unscathed. Hope your new things take off.
I like your videos and you are such a pleasant person. My thoughts are you should do what makes you happy . It's your business. However if it is financially better for you to sell other items that you enjoy, you should. Successful businesses come from a place of your interests and joy making those products
