As always, thanks Joel. In Q3, why are there integral signs? The question is asking for the PDF, which is a function, so should the answers be of the form f(x)=... ?
I would say so. That solution is perfectly valid for this question, but from what I've seen from looking at the previous externals, they usually prefer to give marks for using their method. So it might be better to just do partial fractions even if that is a perfectly valid and actually simpler solution.

I think you're right. Pinning comment so others see.
I agree. Integral sign shouldn't be there.
I was about to comment, that is showing the cumulative distribution function.
Absolute legend. That's it. I don't think anyone has a higher record of helping people passing there exams then him.
thank you so much! this is absolutely incredible and very much appreciated.
LETS GO thank you Joel
Hi Joel,
You taught my oldest specialist maths. We both can’t thank you enough. Absolute bloody legend.
I'm so curious about who it is!!
He's back and better than ever 🐐
for Q2 could you also just use u substitution for u = x^2+5x^4 cuz du/dx gives u 2x+5 and 4x+10/2x+5 = 2. Then integrating that just gives u 2ln(u)

Yep, that method is simpler than my method and perfectly valid in an external exam. Well done!
Thank you Mr speranza🔥
amazing!
bro accurately missed every single question🤣
please do a general paper prediction vid🙏🙏
lol, general too ez to waste time making video on
General is just basic algebra bruv😆
lets GO
will you be doing a general maths prediction?
no
