To change volume, you can press the arrow buttons on the side of the phone. Or, you can go to the menu, to settings, to “sound/vibration/manner” and adjust things there. To set a setting change, you would usually press the top right button with the bag with the heart on it.

did you get an unlocked phone? if you did you can search up what size the sd card size is and get the SIM card from any company if you live in the us!
