Andrew is really intrusive about personal identity politics, but he does it to everyone. He wants to know how everyone ticks, what motivates them; and he does it with the same casual respect for everyone. It makes me feel vicariously awkward sometimes, but it’s still cool to see his genuine, eager interest in every person that comes on the show.
