I run a club. I hear what you’ve said but I believe the fate is not the same for all. I know a club & restaurant that has stood the test of time and still thriving. They have more than 50 staff who take care of their families from the business.

I have a club that my Dad left me when he passed away in Nakuru. Its true, dealing with pubs is hard , the only good thing is the land is mine.

From the video setup I am assuming these people are referring to the tiny clubs from the village. Not to mention the SDA mentality of both.

Talk to me personal I own club worth 1,000,000. I get zero from it for one year. I own shoes bag shop worth 300,000. I pay rent school fees and everything from it. I also baby shop worth 150,000 earn good money. Club kuna askari, watu wa kazi na customer wote ni wakora. Unashikwa 10K gone. Kanju, kra, chief, Askari wanakula 2K + per month. Watu wa kazi wa nne. Shop ni mmoja. Ukifunga before ni shinda. Alafu ufunge before 11pm which impossible so ufanga mlango unauza illegally

Most clubs which are successfull are theme clubs i.e oriented and targeted towards a certain clientele.
    Examples
1.Karaoke clubs like Summitt grill in Bombolulu for rhumba nights.
2.Prostitution markets like Casablanca in Monbasa,Kengeles,Number 7,Sabina Joy all in Nairobi.
3.Sexual minority clubs (LGBTQ) Elvago in Nairobi and Most in Mombasa.
4.Business/underworld/tenderprenuers meeting points like The Caramel in ABC Westlands.
5.'Unga' shops like a famous one in Kilimani and Buruburu.

Bro we owned a club for 6 years and I am pretty sure of what am talking about, n if you listen to my conversation properly, I disagree with the business morally also. And if you also listen to me Sana Sana IAM all about creating wealth n not profit and no way a club creates long lasting wealth no Matter the profits you get especially the first two years...
