KCCA meeting flops - Repeated incidences lag the city's performance in service delivery

The Ordinary Council sitting of the Kampala Capital City Authority scheduled for this Thursday failed to proceed due to the absence of the required quorum.
According to the KCCA Act, a minimum of 27 councilors out of the 54 representatives of the people of Kampala is needed for a sitting to take place.
Despite special council sittings being held to address emergent issues, the problem of maintaining quorum continues to hinder smooth service delivery in the city.
