The build he used in this vid is good and all buuut the hidden 1 shot tank build uses the heartsteal and sheild bash. The passive sheild is a huge amount of hp scaling and then the sheild bash uses that sheilds amount at 1k stacks of heartsteal plus titanic you can 1 shot adc's with heart proc and sheild bash

@@theskirmisher4694 the buckler toss sheild by the time you get your stacks should be sheilding you for 15%-18% max hp which on a 4k hp poppy that is 600-800 damage sheild adding almost 70 extra damage from sheild bash on top of heartsteal proc about 300 extra damage plus your e q damage you can get around 1500-2500 damage off on a full combo with some extra itemization like titanic and deadmans or even titanic and sunfire.

The best Poppy in the world is Secheppo. He has highlights on YT. He was rank 1 KR for a few weeks this season. One of the best players never to go pro. He also has a disgusting Warwick. And can play Sylas, Sett and Ekko.
Player skill for poppy comes when you have aim and time your E perfectly and time your W to catch them when they dash
Fimbul used to be really good on Poppy before Frostburn Gauntlet's AOE was moved to Sunfire Aegis; Fimbul's shield would proc on Frostburn procs in teamfights (and still does) giving Poppy long term survivability. Having the AOE damage was what really enabled this, having to farm and build a third item for it now can be challenging. Often times more important items will take Fimbul's spot in a build; matchup specific items, AD for Q/R scaling, resistances to synergize with W passive, or HP for Sunfire synergies. I still try to build Fimbul and Frostburn in matchups where I know I won't be building Frozen Heart (AP heavy teams) and won't be facing someone building Serpent's Fang, or shield punishing mechanics in general.

imo fimbul is good on blitz, braum, and naut, the shield is good, proc every slow/cc, especially for blitz, because the passive shield is also gonna be big

Fimbulwinter is not "bad" i think, it just doesn't serve any purpose. Every champion that stacks mana do it for damage, we don't have a single champion that gets tankier by having more mana to make use of this item.

singed with rylais, the shielding is insane , procs off the slow from your poison and gives you a shield every 5 seconds
