ahhh yes, SF ultimate, a classic late 2000s UMS. The one you're playing seems to be an extended/edited version of the "one of many slightly or extremely cheat-edited" originals. The starting recruit area was at the very bottom left and that was it. When BW had a "dying" and playerbase transitioning period towards SC2, I missed a lot of these games, especially SF, although it had that same level of addiction in the newer SC2 versions, if not, a higher dose of extreme risk. gg ty for vid not sure if it still works, but in games where you wanna spam upgrades, you can kind of "skip" upgrading 1 by 1 with every keypress by queuing waypoint and consume more mins/gas to upgrade 2-3+ at a time. of course you'll obviously use the resources needed for the skipped number, but you can dump resources and get ups hella fast
Do you remember playing a marine special forces map that was made by some airforce guy and was scripted to boot you from the game if you tried to play it alone?

I never understood the appeal of any special force maps. Kill stuff, get upgrades and kill most stuff. No offence, but there is no skill in that xD
The idea is cool, but the execution is always not so great. Either it's too easy or impractically hard as a means to make the game drag on.
After getting rekt on ladder for hours, sometimes you just want to feel powerful.
