Ducati is making a dirt bike for Supercross?

Is Ducati making a dirt bike for Supercross? There have been lots of rumors about Ducati making a 250 or 450 dirt bike to enter into the US Supercross and Outdoor series for the 2024 season. It turns out these are not only rumors, this is something that is actually in the works. Ducati is making a dirt bike! It will be really interesting to see which rider they try to get for this new dirt bike. Will it be competitive, or will it be a disaster? We'll all have to wait and see.

It's going to be interesting to see Ducati enters MX-Gp. If they do that I'm sure they would also compete in Supercross, that's for sure. The rumors are 250cc but I do think same as the host that Ducati will immediately want to compete at the top & conquer it as fast as they can. Especially now that they are ruled likely every category to WSsp to Wsbk to MotoGP & starting this year being the sole supplier of MotoE. Guess what they're doing everything.
I think MX-Gp, Enduro & especially Dakar Rally are the ones they aren't touch. We will see next year if this is really true. I think it is.☝️
