This is such a good representation of self harm, i could never put it into words but you manage to do it perfectly. Its something ive been struggling with for years but im slowly getting the help I need and i want anyone going through it to know their not alone

This a lil too personal 💀 For real, though, you managed to put something so difficult to describe into words that explain it perfectly. I unfortunately still struggle with sh and strongly relate to this. Having it put into words reminds me that people understand what I'm going through and that I'm not alone in this. It provides a sense of comfort knowing someone can finally describe my aching feeling. Another great video!! ❤

That's good to hear (the latter part), though if the video is triggering for you please be carefull. For me these kinds of stories help me not to fall into bad habits, I find them cathartic both writing and reading them, yet if their effect on you differs please make sure to stay safe!
