@@blapblapblapblap Indeed he was not, still a great game, it sits in the same position as dark souls 2, wich also wasnt done by the one who did 1 and 3. As they say about DS2, it wasnt good souls game, but it was a great game overall, same applies here. Also if they were to remake it, i would like to see all 3 drakengard games, and even if yoko didnt work on 2, it would be nice from him to help make the game better and improve it during the remake.
DRAGOTH BELMONT I agree, I think Drakengard 2 is a bit underrated, too. It may not be as special as the first one, but the world design is so dark and unic, and the music so majestic...
truly sorry for years later of reply YES DRAK2 is one of those most tragically underrated ones at the very least EASILY the most underrated game in the whole Square Enix studio and certainly their most overlooked franchise but i do love Nowe and Legna in same way i did loved Caim and Angelus man that cut scene of Caim and Angelus just dying together the sadness
Absolutely. 2 wasn't phenomenal, but some tunes were excellent. Plus me boi Caim got done right. I will say that I prefer 2 over 3, but not over Nier or 1.

Samewise! It does not have an incredibly deep plot, but the atmosphere, music, deign, and travel, make it on of my faves.

This was my first Yoko Taro game and i am 28 now.
Legna and nowe take to the skies, as they try to get away from the knights of the seal.
