@@Goldlibra18Claudio is so easy, i use him and it's not even hard to win, his general frames on alot of hits are crazy, insane counters low mid and high counter hits,
Easy doesn't mean dishonest, Claudio is more honest than most characters that was even the general opinion when Tekken 7 first came out. There's a trend that seems to surface the older Tekken 7 gets, characters strengths keep changing as times goes by even when they don't get buffed or nerfed, do you remember when Akuma was just considered a gimmicky character at some point? It took the whole game lifespan for people to realize he was broken, same with Feng and so on, now with Claudio. The only matchup I dread is against Noctis and Kuni because of their profound ability to punish a whiffed b1 and their overall long comfortable range, negating a lot of Claudio's strengths.

As expected of a Claudio main ... I play Akuma and imagine if his neutral or spacing was as strong as Claudio's (he would be Geese) ... I am clearly wishing on a wr2 or d3 and weaving in and out and I am ok with it because of the threat my opponent is facing IF it connects ... MainMan is clearly right in looking at the whole package and archetype of a Tekken character ... I also have a low estimate on this mans IQ ... in a match you are trying to outsmart your opponent and play against their gameplan ... if you have a character who has high execution (Kazuya, Akuma) you are not only playing against the opponent but also yourself because the mental stack you are carrying is much much heavier ... where a character who's moves cover more than one interaction (Claudio lol, Launch Leroy) it is much easier to focus on your opponent and react to their offense ... that is why they are much more tournament viable and my mans is blind to this fact ...
Katarina 2nd hit of hopkick can hit really good players too if you don't expect your opponent to finish it in the neutral or they condition you by throwing only first hit.
He says Claudio's d/f+1, 2 is not good because it's launch punishable, but then says Feng's SS+4 is good while also being launch punishable. What? These "my character is difficult and honest" conversations are funny.

HE SAID THEY WERE SLOW!...MAYBE HE IS SLOW 💀... Not to mention the entire run-down on b1, the move is OP. This Yaksa Claudio knows nothing 😭...

Tip my hat to you sir. You are a realist. I tell my mates who are slightly newer, I started S3 post Covid, that Rank was a lot more competent back when. I easily see people at Emperor rank who would have had a hard time reaching Divine back then. Even some of the Tekken gods are now often specialists of character flowcharts and don't understand some genuine basics of the game.
Folks folks, frames are not everything, there is also conditioning. And secondly, maybe he had a bad day for punishment, is that not possible? Let's not be children eh?
No shade to the guy but not getting that moves do not work in a vacuum, and that you judge said moves on property, not the input... Dunning-Kruger in full effect
The only thing I understood is that he is been playing Claudio since season 1 and still doesn't fully understand his character. Unless it was just a troll video. Because his gameplay and what he was saying didn't match at all
I have never seen some one so deeply entrenched in their lack of understanding that they'd defend a character like claudio as being a bad/hard char to play with. My favorite character is, dont hate me, Lucky Chloe and i will never sit on my thrown and say chloe is so hard to play and has no damage. Could you imagine that shit. I really hope t8 gives me dlc chloe or surprise base roster privilege, but i want her rhythm based stuff to be more exucution demanding and a whole lot more of it. In my opinion it was a unique and fun archetype that made me love the character. Easily i.m.o. the best tekken character concept ever (after kuni, and yoshi.). P.s. fuck yoshi.
Idk.... I just watched the thing. Props to the guy to take his time and do this video. And props to mainman to take some of his time and to watch and respond to it... No, the leroy player had some funny ass voice 😂. This guy is a completely different dude lol. Honestly thank you for reminding me of that video 🤣...
If he is a Yaksa its a big yikes...
He plays like an orange rank,
from punishing, whiff punishing, not ducking high on strings, poor movement, bad juggles
No wonder he thinks Claudio is weak, he doesn't play the character well. Clocking in his gameplay I only saw 1 b1, like how can you gauge the strength of a move if you don't even know when to use it?
I'm a Claudio main myself and I think Claudio is OP AF. The only matchup I dread is against Noctis and Kuni because of their profound ability to punish a whiffed b1 and their overall long comfortable range, negating a lot of Claudio's strengths.
Yea his Claudio is ass, df1 into df2…….
Yea he plays like a 1st Dan, orange ranks are decent these days.
bro can barely backdash, I had to work my ass off to learn proper movement on both sides and throw breaking (which im still not consistent on p2 side) to just barely get to blue ranks
Orange ranks are brutal on PC, this dude plays like yellow ranks
@@RisingJericho shit, on the west coast even orange ranks on ps4 are better lmfao
say what you wanna say about this guy, he beat Biden in a FT5. Put some respect on his name.
I love these response videos. Been a long time since I've seen one! It's a little toxic but very fun like Tekken.
It's still the good old Tekken
A guy that uses b1 into hopkick as a setup through out the video just makes this argument a big nono
I agree that Blue ranks are respectable. I noticed chat was roasting him for playing like a yellow rank at blue. But he's a blue rank who's been playing the game for 5+years
I like after main man says it's plus 6 on hit. It cuts to the guy and he says utter ridiculousness this move is garbage 🤣🤣
Yaska is the new green rank
damn dude, don't roast 95% of the player base like that
I've played dozens of orange players way better than this Yaksa
Orange maybe
I booted up the game after over a year and orange ranks I run into in quick match seem to be quite good now.
Exactly it's trash rank for bad players.. it's okay to be yaksa but it's not okay to be yaksa and act like they understand something about the game 😂
He's just trolling for 34 mins while being in denial trying to defend his true love Claudio. This is an L for you my boy and you did it to yourself.
I loved these videos, lol The Jin Main video years ago was great. I need more of these in my life.
We do not accept this guy in the claudio community. Everything you said about claudio TMM is true
I agree with your explanation Main man. He’s obviously emotion driven and not factual.
Claudio literally carries players without fundamentals along with Feng users, Asukas, and Leroy players.
Asuka with no fundamentals? If you want to be higher than like Green/Yellow Rank good luck with that lol
i havent finished watching the video yet , but i think what he was meaning when comparing it to miguels ( wall armor move ) is i think he was talking about sav1+2 which would make more sence because its plus 11 on block meaning u can do f34 ( a fully hit confirmable mid wallsplat and if the first hit gets blocked u still get a mix up because second hit ch launches and is very delabable giving mental frames) or low , this is actually kind of obnvious even for me as a miguel player tbh , i dont think hed be dumb enough to compare b4 to claudios b1
I think he might just be bro...did you see him dick jabbing after blocking Paul's mid power crush like it was plus?
His entire video was pretty dumb and he plays like he should be in orange rank it’s not far fetched thinking he was talking about b4🤣
Actually season 1 Claudio f3 did not CH launch. It was -9, low crush, i18 (same speed as b1) and did 27 damage (b1 did 20 but does 25 now)
As expected of a Claudio main ...
So, again someone didn’t like that his main is called a top tier in some sense or dishonest. What a typical situation
Are Claudio mains ok?
Katarina 2nd hit of hopkick can hit really good players too if you don't expect your opponent to finish it in the neutral or they condition you by throwing only first hit.
He says Claudio's d/f+1, 2 is not good because it's launch punishable, but then says Feng's SS+4 is good while also being launch punishable. What? These "my character is difficult and honest" conversations are funny.
This guy want claudio WR2 to be an Electric death fist 😂😂
If you want to mention the most lethal mids at the wall that are safe Bryan's b4 is one of the best.
So stepable tho
Gigas punishes it pretty easy at wall.
@@aaron.biketrials I mean in wake up situations at the wall or when your hemmed in at the wall
@@UltimateBallaPOM He might be the only one out of 50 and he's rare.
Fair
This dude thinking with his feels, not logically/ objectively or honestly.
This guy sounds like he is gonna cry
Always wondered how Playstation players think. Cross play will be so sick
Im a Leo and Bob main, tried claudio after watching some Jojos. in 200 games i got to a higher rank than i ever were with my mains that i played thousands of matches with. Claudio is like Character.rar. Half the moves of a normal character but all the moves are insane good. FF1+2, Hopkick, B1, ss4, WR2, are broken.
Gimme the popcorn I'm in
Byakko Josie here, not a high rank, but I don't use Butterfly. I've never really understood what makes it super strong, but I'm probably using it wrong 🤷♂
It crushes a lot of lows and mids. That's why.
Josie is very hard to play in high ranks. Much respect
A fellow EventStatus subscriber, I see.
LMFAO he said FF4 Paul...I can't even anymore.
Some FGC members are so fucking delicate. You say something about their main and they act like you said a slur or called their mother a hoe.
Tbh if I were watching this video I would've cut the video and never waste my time the moment he compared Claudio b1 to Fengs
The reality is that the guy making the video isn't good enough as a player to understand some of the things hes responding too.
wonder where this dude is now
Waisting 50min of your time debating about some random green rank video is insane!! I stoped when he said miguel's b4 is safer than claudio's b1... 😫😫🤡🤡🙉🙉👎👎
As soon as he said Claudio's buttons are slow...I immediately knew this guy didn't know wth he was talking about. 1,2 i10. b3, i13. df2, i14. Hopkick, i15. df1,2, i15. HE SAID THEY WERE SLOW!...MAYBE HE IS SLOW 💀... Not to mention the entire run-down on b1, the move is OP. This Yaksa Claudio knows nothing 😭...
I play Miguel and I never use b4 cuz how unsafe it is on block lmao. B1 is cracked with Claudio, bro is smoking lol
I think maybe by using notations he meant moves that fulfill the same function not ACTUALLY the move with the same input? Eg. I think with armour king ss4 he was actually thinking of his ss2, which launches
😂omg I laughed a lot " my fingers just happen to find these buttons"
22:12 I am a Green Rank King main and I made the same face
he thinks TMM has a mindless following who just agrees with everything he says.
uh... my guy, all of us have a mind of our own. Most of us understand the gave extremely well and on a very technical level.
and if we agree with TMM then thats usually a good sign that he said something sensible or generally accepted by the community
Claudio player has no idea what hes talking about and its sad because he actually thinks that he knows the character and the game better.
Lol he said Alisa WR2 has armor he got that and bf2 mixed up
Calmest Claudio main
Im a Claudio main and i think the guy think that Claudio is low tier, hard and very honest.
no get off me tools mainman hopkick?, that had me dying 🤣🤣
This guy is one of those ignorant tekken players. Plays inconsistent af but still somehow reaches yaksa because he's beeing carried by a powerful character. Thinks Claudio's WR2 is trash because it's a high lmao
You misstyped the title TMM. It's not Amazing It's baffling
The video is pretty good
I agree with both of you guys the Claudio main has a point but it’s not making the best argument that back 1 is brutal and it’s a almost perfect all around move bro 🤬🤬🤬
King's "ss4" and "wr1+2 throw" is the best...
30:44 lol
"Every character has a sidestep 4"
*Meanwhile steve in the corner*
This guy and Jeremy should do a collab
FYI: the move that guarante a df12 bt is ws11
As someone who's currently Yaksa after losing some ranks, I will protest us Yaksa's are trash 😅
70% are people throwing out gimmicks and never stop mashing buttons
30% are people playing compact but getting blown up by half the cast because they don't know the matchup.
I have very limited knowledge on Tekken and play Kazuya i get blown up on a regular basis by shit like Eddy/Hwoarang 😂
19:17 I love how he just bragged about being high level but then did multiple slow mids in a row off negative frames.
Not to mention that he's not punishing anything. His combos are also the most basic and sub-optimal ones.
As long as you think you should only play basing on frame data, you'll never get good.
Folks folks, frames are not everything, there is also conditioning. And secondly, maybe he had a bad day for punishment, is that not possible?
Let's not be children eh?
because he knows that the kaz wasnt going to press but sidestep. at a certain point u dont completely rely on frame data.
@@dvjxnz Ah someone who understands and has their head attached!
He's so upset for all the wrong reasons 😂
This guy < TMM
No shade to the guy but not getting that moves do not work in a vacuum, and that you judge said moves on property, not the input... Dunning-Kruger in full effect
noctis ff1+2 competes with b1. safe mid homing ch launch period
I am a claudio main and i do agree that he is very easy to play when comapred to his results
P.s. fuck yoshi.
Someone tell him to play Dragunov and he'll understand
I try so hard to reach the emperor with Dragunov.
He'll understand once he plays Dragunov.
He is a yaksa on PS, that's te same as a Orange rank on Pc with better flow charts
is he talking about sidestep into magic 4?
I don’t get the title. It ain’t amazing, it’s the opposite 😂😂
It's gets amazing near the end 😂. The dudes commentary gets hilarious XD.
Google the word sarcasm
Idk.... I just watched the thing. Props to the guy to take his time and do this video. And props to mainman to take some of his time and to watch and respond to it... But i still dont know how people get so defensive about their characters... I mean i am outing myself as an Alisa main, but i can laugh along if MM happens to s*** on my character and rant about it. Its his opinion, i dont know how people can be so hurt if their favorite characters are criticised. And he sometimes really sounds like hes sort of really offended. That makes me sad. We should be a wholesome community who laugh and play together. And not scream at eachother and throw a fit over trivialities. 😔
Why is he even bothering arguments from hyper incompetent players lmaoooo
exactly. how did he even find his video in the first place. all he is doing is giving unknown players a shoutout.
What's uP guys, MainManSWE here
This video is proof rank doesn’t matter. He so upset he not making sense. To say look at my rank “I’m at a high level” lol. Come on man the “my character is weak don’t talk about my character” it’s so wild bro lol
Guy sounds butt hurt and just rambling tbh
I’m at 32:55 and I can’t listen to him moan anymore.
Describes a mixup only to say Claudio doesn’t have a mixup potential...He really doesn’t have a clue, does he?
@@aaron.biketrialsMy brain has rotted so much against this guy that I can only hear "Goo Goo Gaa Gaa...I want...I want milk..." cuz this dude is crying so hard and wants mamma's milk so bad 💀XD...
The ramblings of a blue rank Claudio get a one hour video? 🤣
Lmfao the Video should've ended when he compared Claudio's B1 to Miguel B4😂😂😂 fcken hell I've seen enough knobheadedness today
What do you think he makes of Claudio in the CAT, CNT or CBT for Tekken 8? 😂😂😂
