It will not remove the jailbreak but it will boot into the stock environment since Palera1n is a semi-tethered jailbreak, your tweaks and everything you have installed are still there but need to be reactivated with Palera1n

If the device you jailbroke with Palera1n is on 16.7.X - 17.5 then you need to jailbreak again to use TrollStore if I correctly remember, idk about the apps you installed with it, iOS 14.0b2 - 16.6.1 should have no issues and TrollStore with it Apps are always available
