I'm also a real estate & wealth advisor and these people really have a backward thinking that they will buy illegal property and then wait for it to get change into a legal property and somehow magically their 10 lakh will change into 2 crore as these people are doing it from decades in their villages which is a complete unevenness with those people who work hard and spend 1 crore+ to buy a 2bhk flat in Delhi limiting their own need and compromising with their family situations. In avedh property wale logo ko sb pta hota hai phle se bs ye wait krte hai ki kb inki Avedh jameen legal ho.. In outsiders ki wjh se forest khatam ho rha hai delhi se,, Crime rate bdh rha hai,, or jab inhe pta hi hai ki ye log gareeb hai to kyu aaye bhai gaon chodh kr Delhi,, jbki Daal roti ye apne gaon me humse acchi khaa skte hai,, they just want a livelihood here and for that they take illegal steps.. These people are nothing more than fungus to our Delhi. Govt. should not fall in their traps and must stick to their decision to save forest, save Delhi and to save us.. In outsiders ki wjh se humare bacche delhi ke school colleges me nhi pdh pate hai,, hospitals ka use nhi kr pate hai,, transportation ka benefit nhi le pate hai,,, because everywhere these people are already present,, jbki govt has provided every single facility in their state as well. People like us who are living in Delhi from past 3 generations are now bound to sacrifice our dreams and benefits just because of these people who are creating unevenness in the society just by showing that they are poor. To be very honest in my past 8 years of real estate experience we never met any client who didn't verify the documents from the tehsil or their legal advocate. koi aaloo sabji thori khareed rhe hai jo aakh bnd krke le lenge,, Or ye to gareeb log hai na 10 lakh aaye kaha se inke paas,,, Agr koi jameen avedh hai,, GPA land hai ,, to koi bank loan dega hi nhi uspr and 10 to dur ki baat ese log 1 lakh dene se phle 10 bar validate krwayenge ki kahi pesa brbad na ho jaye.. And now they are pretending like inko bewkoof bnaya gya hai. It's my humble request from govt. to get stick to their decision and save our forest and save our capital and save our real estate market from these kind of people.
@user-hr2ni9tl9l this is what exactly I'm trying to tell, All these illegal things happened at the time of congress and now AAP is handling the legal work. They all are making fake documents and showing it as a validated property in the tehsil, We must check the registry if there is the triangular stamp on the documents and mutation certificate of the land (Daakhil kharij), And if that land is a GPA land we must check that the Whether the GPA is registered or not,, Must check all the history of owners and their mutation as well,, All these things were happened at the time of congress govt. and now MCD is under AAP validation is their part of work and If our central is trying to correct things people are cursing them, Literally this is the saddest thing which I've observed. This is the reason BJP is trying to modify the constitution which was made by Dr. Ambedkar at the time of independence and correct some laws where it is needed because these authorized people are now very aware of the system and can make CG a fool easily. I believe this is a very great step taken by the govt. to spread the awareness among the people. Still there are many places in Saket, Vasant Kunj, Jonapur, Shantikunj, Anand Gram , Arjan Garh, Aya nagar ext. and many more where this is happening by the help of fake documents and this is a step of Central govt. which will play a major role in raising awareness among the people for not buying that type of property... And Ye pehli baar nhi kr rhi hai government,, But still people are doing it because of their acquisitive nature in desire to become more wealthy. And If we talk about water, elctricity and gas connection.. that why govt. is providing connection in these illegal areas,, So to determine whether a construction is legal or illegal, is the domain of municipal corporation. They may deem fit to supply electricity and water to certain construction which may be illegal on the undertaking from the owners that they will regularize their construction.
Many times municipal corporation supply electricity and water in illegal colonies, slums and unauthorized construction on humanitarian ground. We as citizen, can not stop or prevent local authority (municipal corporation) to give such connections. These can be stopped only on court order. So these are some laws or we can say govt. is bound to follow the constitution of which some people are taking advantage. And these people should be grateful to govt. for providing these essential services for there living instead of cursing them.
