Ice Cream Pizza
420 Calories Per Slice
16 Slices Per Pizza
Prep: 10 minutes
Bake @ 325°F: 30 minutes
Freeze: 1-2 hours

Equipment:
• 14" Pizza Pan: amzn.to/1Oj1I5o
• Mr. Pig or Spoon: amzn.to/1QxNbYI
Ingredients:
• 800g Cookie Dough (30 Cookies)
• 3 Cups Vanilla Ice Cream
• 1 Cup Strawberry Topping
• 2 Ghirardelli White Chocolate Baking Bars
• 3 Strawberry Fruit Roll-ups

Directions:
1.) Start by making a giant cookie. We bought a tub of this stuff, used about 80% of it which amounts to about 30 cookies or 800 grams.
2.) Spread it out on a greased pizza pan. We decided to make a crust with it. Don't bother, didn't make a difference.
3.) Bake for 30 minutes at 325°F or until fully cooked.
4.) Meanwhile this is in the oven, grate 2 larges white chocolate baking bars in a bowl and slice circles out of fruit roll-ups for the faux pepperoni slices. Make at least 15.
5.) Take cookie out of oven and let it rest until it is firm. You can accelerate this in the freezer.
6.) Spread on a layer of ice cream, approximately 3 cups.
7.) Spread on a layer of strawberry sauce, 1 Cup (entire jar).
8.) Sprinkle on the white chocolate flakes like mozzarella cheese
9.) Place on your circle pepperoni fruit roll-up pieces.
10.) Put back into the freezer to firm up for an hour or so.
Now you can actually slice into this like a pizza and eat a slice in your hand. This makes for not only a crazy awesome dessert, but also makes for a great birthday cake!

their channel isn't really about learning how to make everything from scratch though. why not just ope google and search cookie dough recipe or look up one of the million recipes on youtube? also do people actually watch this and then go to their kitchen and make an ice cream pizza or a giant egg mcmuffin?

You guys should make a strawberry koolaid cake. It's where you get white cake mix,strawberry soda and then mix those two and bake. And then for the icing you get cool whip and strawberry koolaid powder and sprinkle it on. It's soooo good! And you could use other flavors besides strawberry

What I would do is take a blow torch (cooking one) to the top to partially melt the chocolate
I made this for a friend [I cook and bake a lot, so she wanted me to make this for her]. But I had made mine before I saw this video. Y'all can try my recipe if you like:
[Make sure to preheat your oven to 350° Fahrenheit]
1. Take a pie pan and grease the pan to prevent the pie from sticking. Use butter or Pam. Your choice.
2. Take a large ball of cookie dough [I used a macadamia cookie recipe because that is her favorite cookie] and spread the cookie dough throughout the edges. Leaving some excess over the edge.
3. Take small pieces of chocolate [I used Hershey] and place them around the crust of the pan.
4. Then take the excess cookie dough over the edges, and fold it over the pieces of chocolate. Making sure it is under the chocolate so that it stays in place.
5. Place your cookie in the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. However texture you prefer your cookie [aka soft, crunchy, etc.]
6. Once your cookie is done baking, let it cool down for a few minutes. Time may vary.
7. Take softened strawberry ice cream and spread it as you would pizza marinara sauce.
8. Use white chocolate chips and sprinkle over as you would the cheese of a pizza.
9. Cut up strawberries into thin slices and place around the pie.
10. And there you go! A dessert pizza!

I add chocolate and strawberry syrup to all savoury food/meals. Wherever or whatever I'm eating. I smuggle two small bottles of it into all restaurants and snack bars etc.
But I have been an outdoor exercise and fitness nut for decades and people often ask me how come I'm so freakishly THIN !
Note though that all sweet stuff triggers the release of insulin and my metabolism fails to function unless I lace everything with chocolate and strawberry syrups(not sauces - but the ultra-sweet glucose-containing syrups normally used with ice-cream). I also always eat or slurp down the sweet stuff/course (desserts/ice-cream) BEFORE the savoury "main course" - even in restaurants and all "eateries".
A small cut-down tooth-brush and a tiny bottle of mouthwash+toothpaste is always taken everywhere..

Instead of strawberry sauce I would of just used chocolate and sprinkled on enough white chocolate to hide it. I probably would of melted the white chocolate as well to make it more like cheese and have that as the final layer. Instead of fruit roll ups I would of got m&m's and pretended they where little salamis. I probably would of added some whipped cream for the hell of it too. Great job though :D I hope you enjoyed that pizza.

you could probably lower the calories and fat in that dessert pizza by using fat free frozen yogurt, making the cookie dough (whether it be from a package or from scratch) and sub in applesauce for oil or avocado for butter. there is all kinds of substitutions for things like that online.
