Interesting footage, if uploaded in atrocious quality, and marred by a staggeringly ill-informed and politically biased commentary.

Khayyam1048 What a ridiculous comment you make.

      Why do you think so?

I assume that you have a particular interest in the subject matter. You will not see this fifty year old footage anywhere else. Would you prefer not to have seen it at all and waited perhaps another fifty years in the hope of a pristine copy turning up ? The commentary appears to have been added comparatively recently and is very bland.
Perhaps you could explain, for the purpose of historical accuracy, what it is that you find 'staggeringly ill-informed and politically biased'.

I don't think that it's exactly "bland", just witlessly Tory (and I speak as someone pretty disillusioned with all politics). You'd think that living through the Harold Wilson era was like experiencing the Great Depression if you believed the commentary here. It annoys me because it distorts present-day perceptions of how things were then, while making no actual contribution to a better understanding of the footage it purports to comment upon.

I stand by my original comment. I think you're probably watching the wrong stuff.
