I have loose excess hanging skin from a major weight loss without any major surgeries. Not even going to explain how I lost the weight. I was up to 473lbs. Halfway I got down to a size 8. But that doesn’t matter, right? With everyone’s body structure, they can be any size to wear. Just with a couple simple methods. No silly diets unless the lady has allergies to food & the ingredients. And I’m not anorexic nor bulimic.

There is more to being healthy than the ability to talk, walk, and think. The overly skinny models are just as unhealthy. The crazy thing is that it is a problem easily solved... Don't eat as much, or move around more... or - ideally - a healthy mix of both... It isn't rocket science folks...

I have a naturally slow metabolism and losing weight is difficult for me no matter what. I eat healthy (usually), around 1500 calories a day, work out TONS, and try to take care of my mental and emotional health. I'm 5'7 and weight 230 lbs, and I'm perfectly fine with that. I've been this weight for most of my adult life and I'm perfectly healthy. For me, it's metabolism and body type, not food consume or health. I certainly don't overeat! Generally, people who are half my size, even at my age, eat a bit more than I do.

The husband cannot body or weight shame the wife for any reason because it is wrongfully uncalled. This explains if she stayed single, then this uncalled body and weight shaming nonsense never happens in the first place. The husband has no idea what it is like if he is overweight. What is most important is eating healthy well-balanced meals, exercise, keeping your body strong as possible, drinking plenty of bottled water, and maintaining your well-being.
