It is amazing how much hard work goes into creating these meals. But it is so fantastic to watch all the knowledge and care goes into making something so simple, but so healthy and delicious. I don't know if I could do quite as much of the heavy work, being disabled, but I always wish I could help with the smaller parts of amazing group efforts like this.
