I used to do Harper's job... pretty much the same thing at DB, but not as successful!

mostly all the data heavy jobs can be replaced by AI , so structure will be replaced , then firms want the fastest trader avl , here AI can take a front seat , obviously we need a head trader to oversee this but the trading floor will probably have only 10% humans , specialized sales can not be replaced by an AI in current capacity and a strategist again we need a very advanced AI to think like a human and have intuition

Indeed and also many execution job. Why do you need a sales to call the client and talk to the trader when the client can click a button
